We booked this hotel just for the shuttle to take us back to the airport. We searched many hotels and this one stated airport transfer rare find. We found out they don’t have a shuttle or even access to one if we wanted to pay for it. We addressed our concern with hotels.com and spent many hours on phone with them on our vacation and they were not helpful or understanding at all. We also got charged 28.00 for making phone calls to them and the hotel asking about shuttle since it was out of our area for phone. It states it clearly on our reservation that it has rare find airport shuttle and I think this is very misleading and awful to do to vacationers who did plan on the extra expense and then the no lack of respect or owning up to it. I would like a credit percentage added to my credit card for this dishonesty.

Excellent stay at the hotel! Great location, clean modern spacious rooms with great amenities such as free toiletries, delicious breakfast, taxi hub rear by and friendly helpful staff. Would gladly stay again

The room is very nice and the service is excellent. They also provide complimentary luggage storage for several days. We will be in Morocco for five days, and they kindly offered to keep our luggage free of charge until our return. Outstanding service.

Clean and good location. Would have liked to know that the hotel was undergoing works. Not because it created noise during our stay - but because the whole lobby and entrance looked like a working site.

Clean and well maintained property. The breakfast was the highlight, super coffee, fresh fruits and bread. Variety of juices and meats.

Rooms were very clean and location was great. Close to a ton of cute coffee shops, boutiques and nightlife!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel! It is pretty close to the beach and to the sights! The breakfast was amazing, a wonderful spread: hot breakfast with fruit, yogurt and sweets. Wish it started at 6 am and 7 am on a weekend. The staff were very accommodating and super friendly.

Nice hotel close to the city centre. Polite staff. Only negative is that the hotel was being renovated at the time.

Great location, beach 3 roads down, Arc of the Triumph close by, you can walk to Sagrada Família very close we walk is not far if you like to walk, or you can take a taxi that is not expensive, the max I paid was 15€ to go to Park Guell, you can use Uber, good breakfast, very friendly staff, will used again

Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and nice. The location was convenient for us, not too busy and walkable about 15 mins from first sight for us to jump on the hop on hop off bus. There are some restaurant nearby also. Only thing we didn't like was that there was a smell in the corridor like wet carpet that was not dried properly.

Room was ok however window faced a wall. Like in prison, as I’ve been told. Staff was courteous. Location is off, not really close to anything of reference, metro was about 3/4 blocks away. Limited bar/dining options in the area. It worked for me bc was visiting someone in the area but I wouldn’t recommend to someone with mobility issue unless person likes taxis.

Room was very clean, and even the morning clean while in occupation was very thorough. Reception and breakfast staff were excellent with professional service and impeccable English. The room would be better with facilities to make tea/coffee, and there is no in-house option for an evening meal except the room service menu.

The safe in the room didn’t work I try to call front desk but the phone in the room didn’t work I went talk to them they said they send someone to come fix it but nobody showed up

Very good, it's very well located , with easy access to transportation and very quiet area. The realtion price and quality it's very positive . The reception personel are very friendly and the breakfast it's fabulous .

Very dated. Window didn’t close in my bedroom. Stale smell.
