Everything about my stay was first class from the initial greeting to departure.

It was our second stay at this hotel and if we hadn't had a good stay the first time, we would never have gone back. But the hotel was easy to use, easy to find, easy to book, reasonable cost and reasonable facilities. It will never be a 5-Star Hotel, but it doesn't pretend to be either! We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Kortrijk and there definitely will be a next time.....

The carpette in the room was very satines and not up to ibis styles standards. The entrance is not well maintained. Very average expérience indeed.

Run down room. Sketchy food service not consistent food presentation breakfasts and dinners when ordering same thing Sometimes bread served sometimes no. Breakfast had hard boiled eggs some days and not other. Horrible acoustics -very loud overcharged one night. -was charged for a drink never delivered.

Great stay, ideal for a short business trip. Due to the pandemic their restaurant is closed but there are others nearby. Clean & tidy (great breakfast). Made to feel welcome. Many thanks H

stayed there for 4 days for the Euro Dog show. Staff very helpful and friendly. more rubbish bins outside would be useful when lots of dogs in the hotel. kettle in room would complete the well appointed rooms.....

Stayed here for one night after watching a cycling race in the north of France. Easy location to find from the highway with plenty of parking. Room was comfortable and reasonably sized for our budget - my wife loved the designer wallpaper! Bathroom was modern and clean with a walk in shower, the head was decent and the temperature was good. Breakfast had plenty of selection, hot and cold options available - including waffles of course! Would stay here again if I find myself in the area.

Good overnight location close to Motorway and expo. MacDonalds within 100m. Had to leave early so didn't get to sample the breakfast

Modern, comfortable business class hotel for attending events at the Kortrijk Xpo. Nice bar/restaurant. Comfortable bed and nice shower.

Overpriced for what it is, expectation were higher, if lower priced, Hotel is good stay, close to major roads
