The room spacious but facilities are rather old, and the windows cannot be opened (there are many air conditioner compressors outside). The curtains also have some stains that cannot be removed. However, the bed and linens were clean and comfortable. There are only two power charger points in the room, so with three of us staying, we had to take turns charging our devices, which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near Shinsaibashi and Kuromon Market, making it suitable for a short stay during sightseeing. The room rates differ quite a bit between weekdays and weekends.

The hotel has spacious and comfortable rooms despite its old building. However, our stay was made unpleasant by the extremely rude male receptionist who handled check-in. He rudely shushed us when we explained that we booked two rooms for one day (not one room for two days as he had stated). Luckily, the receptionist on duty at check-out was very helpful. Honestly, we were very disappointed, and the experience left a lasting impression on our trip to Japan. The hotel should improve its receptionist skills :(

I recommended this place to stay. location was great near dotonburi (the famous attraction in osaka) and price per night is affordable for budget traveller. the cons only the room a little bit old. you can rent a kimono for free
