This hotel is great. I accidentally reserved a smoking room and they were able to get me a non-smoking room without any hassle. They also took the time to help me print documents. I will be back.

Booked 2 rooms and stayed here for 3 nights. Fast checking in and out. Didn't manage to get the non-smoking floor but the room can with a air purifier. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The hotel is about 4km from downtown and there's a bus stop within a 10 min walk. There's also a mall with a supermarket nearby. It has been a comfortable stay overall.

Lovely business hotel, so the rooms are a bit small but the service is wonderful and the location is perfect for exploring downtown Aomori (this hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the Wa-Rasse museum, the harbor, and Aomori Station). Like all of the Aomori hotels we've been to, it's also immaculately clean.

The hostel is good but is a little bit far from the station. The breakfast was good and there is a hot bath on the first floor.

Hotel was situated right next to a highway with a few chain restaurants nearby. Good room size in Japanese standard especially when compared to city standard. Hotel provided free Wi-Fi, complimentary parking and breakfast was included in room rate. Breakfast was average with limited choice of both Japanese and western menus. A good "find" was its hot soup machine which was just right for me who didn't drink coffee or tea but preferred some hot beverages in the morning. Hotel also had a small, standard onsen (hot spring) facility.

今回で4回目の利用です。 お風呂と朝食付きで駐車も自由なところが気にいってます。 難点は、かなり前に予約しないと満室なことです。

コンビニに車で行った際、迷ってしまった。 案内があればよかったです。

シングルルームを利用しました。セミダブルベットだったのでら大変快適でした。お風呂も最高。朝食も満足できるものでした。

朝食､人工温泉が良かったです。

スタッフの対応が良い。大浴場がとても気持ちいい。朝食のサラダバイキングが良い。

室内の清掃は行き届いていました。 清潔感がありました。
