The room was perfect for our needs. The staff understood our travel plans and worked with us to accommodate them. Very professional and top drawer all the way. I would recommend this as a great option for any travelers in Basel.

Good service at the front desk. Room was quiet and comfortable although very warm. Was charged for something additionally on my credit card when we paid the city rate in cash and didn’t use any other services in the hotel. Area directly around the hotel was a bit scary with really over confident begging.

You cannot beat a better location in Basel. Its right next to the train station that takes you around the city and out of the city if you wish. The location has stores that will address any need you have. The breakfast they provide is excellent providing something for everyone. The gym facility is poor with no air circulation and very warm. The entrance smells of cigarette smoke which is off putting. We don’t know if it was our room but the A/C while cooling left everything musty and damp. The hotel provides a Basel pass that gets you free use of public transit in the city and discounts for your sightseeing. Lastly, the staff was great. Friendly and helpful.

Super convenience location. Right in front of the Basel main train station. Even have a direct bus to EuroAioort Basel if needed. Supermanrt available just beside the hotel and many restaurants . Service and condition of hotel was great too

Being near the train station, trams at front door, yet easy walk into city is always a drawcard. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff makes it the perfect stay for me.

The hotel is across the street from the main train station, we got into our room early upon arrival 5 hours early after getting off a river cruise Very convenient trams 200 yards away , very good buffet breakfast.we were given free Basel cars on arrival which covers local transport and half off various attractions. Recommended

Great location, right across from the train station. Room very clean and a great bathroom. The staff was very accommodating to help us with laundry even when the staff was ready to go home, the did laundry for us immediately.

Location is a 10, just opposite to the train station and direct bus to the airport. Staff in the reception is very helpful, especially the gentleman who assisted us to check out, who was very friendly and patiently answered our questions and also recommended us where to visit before we went to the airport.
