The hotel in center of downtown district. Only few minutes walk away to shopping and restaurants. Very good location.

Excellent gym. Large rooms with very good view of the river. Next to good restaurants and supermarket.

Booked for three adults, charged 150 yuan for the roll out bed which is normal. Only provide free breakfast for two even it's show three on booking . The front desk is rude. They don't want to deal with third party booking. We stay in this hotel every time in town and never had problem before. Will move on next time in town.

It I don't good location, easy to get lot of restaurants

This is definitely the best hotel in Shaoguan, an inland city surrounded by mountains in Guangdong Province. I stayed there a few times on business but with my family this time, which exposed a problem -- the hotel's double rooms have two full beds only, instead of two queen beds, which is unusually common in China and therefore not really the problem; what made it a less pleasant stay this time was that each room only offered free breakfast for two people. I went with my mom and two children, both of my children had to pay for breakfast, which is quite unexpected as there is indication of it in the hotel description on expedia.

Very positive experience with the hotel and it is highly recommended if you don't need parking space over the weekend.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days to visit Danxie National Park and a few temples in the area. Excellent location, walking distance to bus station and train station. The room was quite big, well design bath room, and living area. The breakfast was great, however it started at 7:00 am, kind of late if you were planning to visit outside of city. Overall it is a great hotel.

Nice environment with clean room. Equipment and facilities is new and under good condition.

The location is very central. If you decide to travel yo Shaoguan, take the express which takes only an hour. The other is long and unpleasant. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The reception and concierge are very friendly and helpful. Buffett breakfast has quantity but not of quality. The staff in restaurant are not very helpful and friendly. No smile Or answer if one ask a question or request. Due to rainy season, there was lots of mosquitoes at the Bar. Overall it is convenient place to stay.

Great location, huge room and good value for money especially with the breakfast buffet which was not too bad

This hotel was physically quite nice. Big, clean rooms (w huge bathrooms!), the ones facing the river have agreat view, cose to lots of restaurants and a small street w lots of night vendors. Breaakfast buffet was good, not great - the normal mix of Asian and Western basics. My only issue was that the front desk/concierge was not too helpful in suggesting resturants or bars that were not in the hotel (it was like they had never gotten the question before - getting a restau rec was easier than a bar rec, as usual in China). Also, I booked a car through them to go to Nanling National Forest Park and not only was the car expensive ($200 USD for a day!) but the driver only knew how to get to one entrance of the park and had to be haggled with and sent a photo of the map in order to get him to pick us uo at the other end of the trail (even though there was a huge map printed on the wall where he was parked). If we hadnt had a Manadarin speaker with us we would have wasted a lot of time hiking back the same way. Also the hotel told me the park was 1hr drive when in fact it was 2, so we planned the day all wrong and had to cut our plans short once we arrived and realized we had lost 2 hrs of the day. They should have known this.

Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Hotel staff are very courteous and helpful.

Except a little bit slowly while check-in (because the receptionist is a trainee), the others are as usual, i.e. good and comfort, like your 2nd home. I enjoyed my stay very much.
