Friendly staff, perfect location being in the center of Toledo, clean room

Quiet, convenient, friendly staff

No room service, no staff to attend. No amenities. Too noisy in the night. The rooms are not sound proof. We requested for 1 matrimonial bed. They gave us 2 seperate bed. The washroom was shabby. Over horrendous experience. Will never stay again.

Excellent location, not luxurious but very comfortable. The shower was typical for an old city like Toledo, no curtain so prepare for stuff to get wet. All in all excellent location, comfort and friendly staff.

Location is excellent, clean, friendly staff, enjoyed my stay.

No air conditioning on rooms. Breakfast was really nice.

Staff could be nicer, not the customer service we are used to. We had issues with check in. Also one of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work and we advised the staff. Nothing was done. We didn’t complain anymore because we only stayed for one night so it wasn’t worth it. One plus of this property is the location. You are in the center of everything. Worth the stay in the end

Clean and nice property

This hotel is centrally located and great for visiting tourist areas. It is on a very narrow street so if you are driving you will have to park elsewhere in a parking garage.

The receptionist is half Irish so spoke English, gave me details anout the parking and local restaurant recommendations.

Front desk are not polite, asome switches for light in the don’t work. Uncomfortable bed,

The hotel is situated in the most beautiful area of Toledo. The staff was great, The hotel very good. Good breakfast. Major drawback: the Wi-Fi in the room is terrible. It took almost half an hour to load my email page. Horrible.

I liked its location, I dislike the breakfast.

Parking was very hard to do. We struggled taking up the luggage, It Was the mission no parking around it. AC didn’t work.
