Wifi was spotty when it worked, Basically locked in at night. Room key doesn't fit security gate, but managed to get it open so we could go out at 6am. No staff around to open it, I wasn't trying to be quiet about it either.

Location is great. You can use the pool of Midas hotel. The young man who worked there was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are solid.

Very soft bed, nice balcony room w kitchenette We made use of. Water in lobby only. Everything good enough and comfortable Any food supplies not there. So get stuff if u r cooking No coffee pot filter or paper towels. BYO. Do not be afraid of all the ruckus on the street as it does calm down and get quiet at night.

Very convenient location. Nothing over the top, but a good place to put your head down at night.

Wonderful place to stay, very convenient walking distance to markets, restaurants and tour operators. The staff were helpful but seemed reluctant to be there and not very welcoming.

The room was not as appealing as marketing photos, bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well, it’s a lot of steps to get upstairs to check in. The staff was not engaging nor particularly friendly compared to other Belize experiences. Location is excellent with restaurants and tour companies a quick walk away.

Despite 8/10 rating & relatively low price the room was unacceptable. The bed cratered into a huge dip in the very middle, collapsed top to bottom & left to right. Wall 3ft from window so no natural light. Tiny jail sink with only 1x cold tap, no hand towel - only 2 mismatched stained bigger towels. Shower dirty & sheets stained. Cockroaches at night. Reception staff very unfriendly at arrival & no acknowledgement at other times. Working AC & 50m from tour companies the only positive.

No hot water

Room was clean enough. The bathroom was weird- the toilet was wedged into an area next to the shower. Using it was almost an acrobatic experience. Front staff helped when asked. This is a budget hotel, and for the price its a pretty reasonable deal.

convenient location

Clean room. Great ac. Great water pressure…and perfect location. Walking street. Only minutes strolling to multiple restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pretty unbeatable…especially for the price!

The room was simple but spotless and conveniently located on a pedestrian street in the middle of town. The staff was courteous and helpful. We would stay there again

Prime location, close to excelent dining options, meetup and pickup loacation for tours, but not very clean

It was fine. No frills but good location.

The location is great as it is close to everything in San Ignacio. Many restaurants nearby all within walking distance. The staff was all very nice and helpful for any needs. Our room was very small, beds were very very soft. AC was working fine. Our only issue was the tiny bathroom. The sink was very wobbly and every time we opened faucet the whole fixture moved with it. The Shower area is very small and the shower head was spraying beyond the area and unto the floor of bathroom. There is hot water but it took at least 3-4 minutes minimum to arrive. I would say for a short stay or a low price its definitely worth it. Also the hotel is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building so stairs to get to it. Nice balcony in front and back of the building. It gets quiet relatively early at night so we had no issues with street noise.

The bed was so comfortable and the king suite was huge like an apartment. We loved this hotel on a pedestrian-only street in San Ignacio. The hotel provided free water and had a well stocked kitchen for light cooking and reheating. 10/10 would stay here again. Close walk to farmers market and many restaurants.

AC worked, staff was great, they held my bag prior to check in, & accommodated the extra blanket I requested. I walked to the barbershop, near by resort y for tours, & a park. No heat - so, ask for blankets.

Not clean, hot water wasn’t working and very minimal water pressure. Not worth for the price paid
