Customer service was excellent!! We asked for certain cocktails, and they ensured we got them. We thought a phone was left behind. They were extremely helpful in searching the room for us. Can not recommend enough!! Will stay again, and again.

Room was spotless. Enjoyed the outdoor seating area in the evening after a delicious meal at the steak house. Would definitely return to this Motor Inn

The room was dated and could do with upgrading but it was clean. The biggest drawback was the road noise which started about 4.00 am and made it impossible to sleep.

Very clean room with great air conditioning. Beside the main road but surprisingly quiet. Good parking and has a restuarant on site which is very convenient after a big day of driving.

I was attending the Gardenfest at the Showgrounds which was literally across the road. So nice to be able to have a hot shower, get food from the Steakhouse and crash. First night there I ordered room service and it was delivered quickly and was hot. Will be back next year.

The reception person was lessthan friendly on arrival. She didn't smile or welcome us just booked us in and gave us the key. The room was average and tired looking The one shelf in the bathroom was dusty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. When the few toiletries were moved you could see where they had been. This was not remained the same during our 2 day visit even though toiletries replaced. Old towel rack was removed but holes still in the wall fro. removal. Single bed sheets had grey stains, but in general both sheets and towels were well used and looked it as was the room. The shower had good pressure and enjoyable,although toiletries were sparse.

Staff and service excellent. Partial renovation of fixtures and fittings very positive move. First class restaurant on site more than adequate compensation for location away from town centre.
