Lovely location and staff, especially Ashley

Being shown to the room was great, shortbread and water was a lovely touch gift. The rooms spacious and clean, it was nice to have a fridge and access to the courtyard

I opted for the Mitre as we were attending an event at Hampton court . The hotel looked wonderful with areas overlooking the Thames . Our room was separate from the hotel but just a short distance and in a block with 4 rooms . Our room ( the palace gate ) was bijou but lovely and a door leading to a private rooftop terrace was a lovely unexpected bonus . A Glass of wine each on arrival , cheerful staff and simple booking in procedure, pubs and cafe next door are very welcoming. Parking appeared tight at the actual hotel but plenty around . Train station is a 5 min walk away. We didn’t eat or drink in the hotel as we were at a ‘James’ gig across the road but I’m sure this hotel would definitely deliver in all aspects!.

Great area for visiting the Hampton Court Palace. A bit tired and needed some up keeps. Noisy on in the front rooms. The breakfast was amazing and the staff top notch. All linens were very soft and clean.

Perfect position. A short walk from the railway station and right on the river. Opposite Hampton Court Palace. A lovely welcome and clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation.

I picked this hotel as it was in walking distance to Hampton Court.

Excellent stay at the Mitre Hotel , from check-in to check-out. We were greeted by the kindest receptionist, who was also there when we checked out and who went above and beyond to make our kids feel welcome and happy . The room was very well equipped, with great decor while staying conveniently with children , room service was good and breakfast the following day great too , especially the view from the restaurant. Access to the palace could not be easier , and the whole surrounding area is very nice . Parking spaces are fairly limited but we were lucky enough to get one despite a late arrival.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel made all the more special by the lovely, friendly staff. Excellent food and a great bonus to be able to park!

This was the perfect blend of a historical building with modern amenities. Right across the street from Hampton Court Palace, it was beautiful place to stay from start to finish.

Ideal for Hampton Court Palace

Our second stay and already a firm favourite. Lovely location, old world feel but with comfortable, extremely good facilities. Super restaurant, nice breakfast choices. Most of all though it’s about the warm, caring people throughout the business.

Lovely hotel, interesting layout and rooms. On a busy road though.

great Stay 1/2 price food for Monday in Feb was a bonus. The standard of fayre was excellent

The staff were wonderful and the location is perfect for visiting Hampton Court and the train to London is a 2 minute walk a d a direct line into the city

Tasreful hotel, wonderful food in the Bistto and a very comfortable atmosphere.

Perfect hotel For visiting Hampton Court Palace And walks by the river . Excellent pubs And restaurants In the area which is walking distance .
