A well equipped Ibis hotel with a friendly and accommodating staff.

food in the restaurant for dinner was poor. Cold and inedible

Staff great, very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. The bar/restaurant was good. The room was comfy but a little worn and not like in the photos. The location is good and there is parking right outside.

We had a great stopover at Ibis Styles. We stayed her en route and really enjoyed our stay. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who made the check-in process a pleasure and we were lucky to even be upgraded to a family room with a bunkbed. There is free on street parking around the hotel. Just before arriving here, our car developed a fault and at check-in we were given advice on local mechanics and we took our car there the next morning and had it fixed. The rooms and hotel is decorated in a shoe theme, in line with the local shoe manufacturing industry. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.

Location was useful for our trip. Very clean rooms and free refrigerated water available on each floor. Unfortunately we did not know that the restaurant was not open on the Sunday evening and only snacks/ sandwiches available which was not ideal having been travelling all day on a motorbike

Hotel was fine, new and clean, wifi and air con etc with very helpful staff though the evening meal was dreadful. We complained (which is unlike us) and the staff refunded us. We only used this as a one night stopover as we were heading for Bilbao. ARNEDO is quite unlike anywhere else we have visited it appears to have stood still in time! but I'm sure would be extremely interesting to geology-lovers? Hotel served its purpose for us and was reasonably priced.

Check in was friendly and helpful. Everything good apart from the shower which had to be held up otherwise would droop.

Comodos, un hotel practico, le falta un poco de mantenimiento pero es funcilnal, el desayuno bien y la habitacion acogedora. Personal muy amable.

Las habitaciones son grandes y bonitas, camas muy cómodas, tienen almohadas a la carta, se aparca fácilmente y zona tranquila

Lo mejor sin duda fue el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones, en verano se agradece. El desayuno buffet estuvo bien, peo para el precio de las habitaciones debería estar mejor. La atención del personal ha sido muy buena.

estilo tematico de zapato local, esto es la parte interesante, pero toda la habitacion huele fatal, viene de cuarto de bano creo

Das Badezimmer war schlecht geputzt worden. Es hat nach Rauch gestunken, sodass wir einen Raumduft selber kaufen mussten. Der Boden im Schlafzimmer war nicht gut staubsaugt worden. Die Zimmerkarten haben 2 mal nicht funktioniert und man musste dafür runterfahren. Die Mitarbeiter in der Reception waren sehr nett.
