Roach infested room. Advertise free breakfast and we had to pay for it

The room was clean. The location is conveniently next to the bus terminal if you want to travel. It is not far from the center or the beach by taxi. The area feels safe. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious.

Solamente una sola persona de todos los trabajadores del hotel fue medianamente amable, el elevador es un peligro, se queda bloqueado y la administración minimiza el problema, tampoco sé preocupa porque los clientes tengan un buen descanso habiendo inquilinos ruidosos, la comida del restaurante le pongo un 6sesepreocupa de acalatarle

Las camas estan de masiado duras las tv no sirven no sale agua caliemte

En general bien. Solo algunas personas que atienden un poco mal. Hay limpieza todos los días.

Staff wwere friendy and hepful. However some of lights and plug ins in my room did not work.

The reception was very welcmng and they took the time to answer all questions nd make my sty very comfortable. thank you so much!

Place was good, attention was okay, place was average okay for a stay.

The front desk staff was rude. We were provided one towel per person with no floor mat and wash rags and were denied extra towels. The wifi was so weak there was no internet access. When we asked for someone to come look at our tv, we were told someone would be up shortly, but nobody came. Their website indicated breakfast was included, but we were told you had to book through them directly for the complimentary breakfast, which was never mentioned. The restaurant only micorwaved leftovers, so their food was also disappointing.

The overall experience was Great. It was just a 1 day visit to pick up a family member, everything went smoothly.
