I booked 4 nights at the hotel. When I checked in, the staff informed me that the room had a broken air conditioner so there were no rooms available. And I did not receive any notification calls from the hotel. The hotel transferred me to a room at another hotel called TGT Hottel and I had a very bad experience at this hotel with no hot water. I responded and reported to check the next day. But during the 5 days I stayed there, no one came to check. I informed the receptionist and they said to turn it to the left to have hot water. But it did not work. An unpleasant experience. And I did not receive an apology from the hotel.
