The hotel has a great location near My Khe beach and the Han River bridge, is affordable for a 4-star hotel, has clean rooms, and friendly staff.

I booked 4 nights at the hotel. When I checked in, the staff informed me that the room had a broken air conditioner so there were no rooms available. And I did not receive any notification calls from the hotel. The hotel transferred me to a room at another hotel called TGT Hottel and I had a very bad experience at this hotel with no hot water. I responded and reported to check the next day. But during the 5 days I stayed there, no one came to check. I informed the receptionist and they said to turn it to the left to have hot water. But it did not work. An unpleasant experience. And I did not receive an apology from the hotel.

The blankets and sheets are a bit old and dirty

I was upgraded to Deluxe room so I found the room is very large, the window is wide, the bathroom has both a standing bathtub and a bathtub. Seeing everyone say the old hotel facilities are a bit worried at first, when checking in, it is completely satisfied. As I personally see, the furniture in the room is still quite new. The minus point is that breakfast is not very rich.

I had spent some my nice holiday in Da Nang City.
