We arrived at the hotel well before the check-in time and were greeted with the warmest welcome. While waiting in the reception area, we were served traditional Coca tea, which was a lovely touch. Within just a few minutes, we were shown to our room, where our luggage was already waiting for us at the door.
A special thanks to Richard, who was exceptionally helpful. Not only did he provide all the necessary hotel information, but he also took the time to mark up a local map for us, sharing invaluable tips on where to shop and explore the city.
The hotel itself is like a pristine, beautiful museum. One of our favorite highlights was the breakfast—delicious and diverse—served next to a stunning courtyard. The gentle sound of the fountain in the courtyard creates a peaceful, musical atmosphere that adds a unique sense of tranquility to the morning.
We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay in this beautiful property. We are grateful for the impeccable cleanliness, the high level of security, and the genuine hospitality of the entire staff. Highly recommended!
