It was quiet to sleep which is good for Benidorm as it can be noisy in some hotels. The towels were very good quality nice and thick and they had Rituals (good quality brand name) shower gel, handwash and body and handcream in dispensers. The receptionist was very friendly and attentive. I would stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days and I absolutely loved it. The room was wonderful — clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful seaside view. It had everything I needed. The breakfast was fantastic, truly one of the highlights of my stay. The reception team was very friendly, always smiling, and happy to help with any information I needed. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area. A perfect stay from start to finish!

The room was dirty and had mold, and the air conditioning unit was broken. The sheets were dirty, the floors were dirty, in the beds were uncomfortable.

Ideal location to enjoy the old town. Fun rooms with good facilities, all you need for a pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Airport transfer stop right outside which is handy.

Fabulous location, arrived late evening and were checked in by Daniel who was lovely and very welcoming. Room was perfect overlooking the beach, lovely big terrace with sunbeds. Room spotless, cleaned every day, nice fluffy towels and really comfortable bed. Excellent value for money, our second stay and we will return. Give it a try, Highly recommend. Mary C.

The place was spotless. Great location, so different from what we were used too. We would definitely go back.

Two bedroom apartment was ok, but it definitely needs a revamp. The beds were uncomfortable single beds, no bedding just sheets and pillows. There was only aircon in the room with the balcony, nothing in the windowless bedroom with access to the only bathroom. So you enter the bedroom to get to the bathroom. There was no living space or kitchenette area. No hooks to hang anything up. Only a few hangers in the one bedroom, nothing at all in the 2nd bedroom. Nice facing the sea and the staff are really lovely. They did a reasonable good choice for breakfast too. Just very basic accommodation.

Room was dirty, towels were dirty, shower didn’t work properly , soap and shampoo dispensers were either empty or didn’t work , complained to reception, they said go complain to Hotels.com as that’s how we booked, seems impossible to contact or get a response from Hotels.com

Sea view location

Not the best room for the money. We had issues with the checking where we had to go back down 3 times to sort the card out for the lights. Really small room for £100. Only one man on reception so there was a 25 min delay to check in.

Everything, just an amazing experience. The location, the staff and hotel are 5 star.
