Friendly staff, excellent location

I highly recommend this hotel! We were in Venice during a heat wave and the A/C in this hotel was fantastic - the best we experienced in Italy. The family room with a double and two twins was very spacious. The breakfast was better than you’re gonna find anywhere else in town. The bathroom was very clean and modern with a walk-in shower. The hotel was also super charming - I don’t know that I’ve ever commented on the art at a hotel, but whoever picked out the antiques and art really knew what they were doing. Thank you, Agli Alboretti, for making our Venice vacation a success!

Charming little boutique hotel in a quieter area just off Grand Canal within 15 minute walk of San Marco square. Nautical decor is classic and less gaudy. Nearby waterfront dining, quick access to water bus stops. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a suite at no charge due to a small maintenance issue. Recommend going with a superior room or better. Breakfast buffet was quite good. Will return some day.

Wonderful boutique hotel just off the beaten path but close to everything Venice! Amenities were wonderful and staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room was clean. We traveled light and the room was not too small (larger than most Tokyo hotels). They provided a few drinks for free and the hotel had free wifi. Location was quite good. It is close to several of the Boat Bus stops. The hotel is a bit if a walk from the main area of San Marco but this was a benefit for me as it was less crowded. The restaurants nearby are just okay. Staff was helpful although we tripped the circuit breaker and the guy that was sent there to help did not know until I pointed at the breaker panel for them. Breakfast was simple but included with our stay. It was quite delicious and was a good way to start the day. The only complaint was that we were on the 2nd floor and trying to sleep early was difficult as you could hear people outside almost all night. Not the hotels fault but it can be a bit loud.

Would stay there again. Hotel went out of their way to help with all travel arrangements. Terrace suite was comfortable and spacious.

Charming small hotel just steps from the Accademia bridge and vaporetto stop. There was a problem with our room AC when we arrived, and they immediately fixed it. Lovely views of the courtyard in back, and the street in front is quiet. Excellent breakfast (but beware of mosquitoes if eating outside). Very comfortable rooms, and staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay. All the employees were kind and helpful. Breakfast was superb. The location, close to the vaporetto and the Accademia bridge, was very convenient and quiet. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Charming hotel. The owner and staff went above and beyond to help us with information. Ideal location away from the crowds but close enough to all the sites. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
