Very spacious and comfortable apartment. A great location for seeing the city on foot.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, as well as being situated very close to the Alcazar. Staff were attentive and friendly. We would stay there again, highly recommended.

The apartment itself was in good condition and very updated, but the kitchen water had a sewage smell that did not improve throughout our stay and caused us to have to leave the kitchen closed off.

Location is excellent!

Excellent apartment that is spacious and location close to main attractions. One small quibble is we found some utensils in the kitchen that were not clean. Toilets were low on toilet paper, but the apartment management promptly delivered them in the morning.

Stayed for 3 nights. Location is great for my family as easy to access to main sightseeing places and local streets, and bus station. Apartment was very specious, clean, well equipped. Great stay!!!

Centrally located, easy to communicate. Well appointed rooms for families.

The room was nice, but they left the heat off even though the knew guests were coming. There was a mildew smell in the kitchen, seems to be from a roof leak. The room was clearly available and clean, but they made us wait til 4 pm to check in, and acted like it was crazy to leave our luggage with them for the day.

Very close to everything. It was very spacious for a family of four with a 1 year old. We loved it.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and while the location is truly excellent — just minutes from the Cathedral and very walkable — the accommodation itself was disappointing. Pros: Fantastic location in the heart of Seville Starting day 2- the manager was responsive and helpful via WhatsApp (there is no lobby or in-person service) Cons: The apartment felt dingy and much darker than the photos suggest, especially in the kitchen area at night Tired, worn-out furniture that made the space feel even less inviting The “terrace” is not really a terrace — more like a small enclosed space that doesn’t offer any view or usable outdoor area Very thin walls — we could hear neighbors and street noise, and had to use a white noise app to sleep The shower stall is tiny, and the towels were rough and smelled strongly of detergent On arrival, the entire apartment was filled with a strong chemical air freshener, it gave us a headache. The heating wasn’t on when we arrived, and we struggled to adjust it since no one responded to our WhatsApp messages that first day Overall, in a beautiful city like Seville, it felt like a pity to stay somewhere that didn’t offer comfort or rest. After speaking with other travelers, it’s clear there are better options at the same price point.

We loved this apartment. The location was perfect and walkable to so many great restaurants and tourism sights. The accommodations were more than expected. Every question I had was answered promptly. We would 100% stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The apartment itself was clean, well equipped, offering everything we needed; with the exception of warmer bedding (there was only a twin size comforter for the queen size bed and the room with two twins had only one comforter). The location is fantastic, putting us right near everything we wanted to see and do and close to public transportation. We had a great experience and would come back again.

The location could not be better! Walkable to every thing you want to see. The apartment was clean and spacious enough. The beds were just ok. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The view, the room, the amenities. There was literally nothing that i did not like about this place. It was close to everything and the directions given by the property management was easy to follow. The hotel room was impeccably clean.
