Convenient location near local markets and shopping malls. The older gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. However, the room smelled bad (I stayed in room 12**), and the whole hotel had a damp, musty smell. The facilities felt very outdated, almost like they were from the 2000s. No slippers were provided, and there were no bath towels initially. I had to go downstairs 2–3 times because the phone at the front desk couldn’t be reached. The bathroom was very small, and the room had no window and very little natural light. There were also very few power outlets—only one at the desk under the TV, with none near the bed. So, if you want to charge your phone while still using it after a long day of exploring, you basically have to lie upside down on the bed and stretch your arm out just to reach the charger. During my stay, I barely saw any Western guests here, which may be something to consider when choosing this hotel. I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has such a high rating on the app, given the condition and overall experience during my stay. These are just my personal observations and opinions, but I hope the hotel will take them seriously and consider making improvements so future guests can have a better experience.
