The hotel has great location, next to the outlet center and you need a few minutes of drive to the nearest train station where you can easily aboard for the Venice trip. Rooms are clean and functional. Breakfast is fabulous. And staff is pleasent and helpful.

Great hotel just off the motorway

Everything was great. Helpful staff, clean room , very good breakfast.

An excellent overnight next-to-the-highway stay. Not far from a shopping complex if interested. Loved the window lighting.

Nice for shopping, near transport

This is not 4* at all. Woke everyday at 8am by the cleaners banging. Manager was shouting at guests in public. The room safe didn’t work, the room was very small and I’d say 2-3* at best. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Transport is very expensive to go anywhere and it’s very far from Venice city.

Hotel was good but area around hotel is definitely hard for public transportation. Hotel gets a 5 star rating but the transportation option doesn't.

No bell boy to help with luggage. Very basic room, reminds me of a school dorm. Room smells garlic ??. Hallway smells of cigarette smoke. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

My family and I enjoyed the decor of the Base Hotel. The staff went above and beyond when we needed a cab back on Sunday evening and the cab company was not responding. They were also responsive to our needs prior to and during our stay. The hotel can improve on informing you from the start that the items in the mini fridge are not included in the price. My family and I also had minor skin rashes from the bedding which resolved on their own after our stay there. The room was smaller than advertised and the breakfast included had a decent selection of food items. I accidentally left my travel buddy behind and I reached out to the hotel to reclaim it, but the hotel has not responded. The hotel is close to an array of outlets and the shopping experience was fun.

I was satisfied with this hotel. It's very clean, free parking, great stuff, excellent breakfast! The only problem (a little problem actually) was the window which can't be opened, only a little, and air conditioning didn't work properly.

Very convenient for outlet shopping, accessible to highway on way to Venice and Prosecco valley. Bad service for breakfast because of covid-19 protocols.
