Amazing breakfast buffet. Staff very hospitable, helpful, kind and welcoming. Facility older, but clean and well cared for. Very gracious to these pellegrini.

Quiet and comfortable! Stayed here while hiking the Via Francigena in late October. Property is dated but is also economical. Staff was friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast.

Very central and easy to find. Everything was in walking distance and all the staff were very helpful.

Dirty carpets , ripped wall paper, dirty bathroom with a cracked toilet seat. Very small room with no space to open up suitcase. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. After 8pm no staff about to complain to. By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at.

The hotel was fine for our overnight stay, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were good. We left early in the morning so missed breakfast

Stayed for a few days for a trade show in Lucca . Booked late so all of my regular faves were booked full. This place could use fresh paint and an upgrade here and there but the staff and the food make up for it. Great, friendly and helpful staff. Awesome dinner menu and great wines (Get the Montepulciano D'Abbruzo). Would stay again - place has character.

This hotel is a fraud,never stayed at this hotel, I was charged for this room at the time of booking and when I reached there I was told that all rooms are filled. I have been denied refund as well.

The location of this hotel was in a pretty village about 40 minutes from the leaning tower of Pisa. The hotel was a shuttle bus, 2 trains and a 15 minute walk away from the airport which was quite inconvenient at 10:30PM. The service at the hotel was atrocious, the staff were unable to speak English which was extremely unhelpful when discussing certain details. The hotel room itself was fairly clean, but the beds were quite uncomfortable. The towels - if that's what they were - were made from a very odd fabric. The air conditioning did not work so it was a very uncomfortable night. The breakfast was limited and miniature. An extremely unpleasant stay in such a beautiful country.

Ideal location to local town and Pisa, Lucca etc. stall attentive to all needs

Our very late arrival was no problem with the hotel staff. Rooms were comforable and we found no problems with our short stay. Would stay there again.

We stayed here for the Lucca Music Festival. It was very convenient to both the show venue as well as the train station. The hotel is about a minute from the station yet we did not experience any noise. It's also just outside the walls of Lucca. Outstanding location, clean and comfortable, good breakfast and friendly staff.

This was a good stay. The room was clean, but small, but that's a European thing that we Americans had to get used to. The in-room wifi worked great, which helped us out because we were documenting our journey through Italy on Facebook. The hotel is about 40 minutes away from Florence, but that wasn't a detriment for us, as we were travelling alot anyway. There is a nice little square just down the block from the hotel and I HIGHLY recommend that you walk down, have a gelati and sit out on the sidewalk and look at the town. It was an awesome experience just doing that. All in all, a very good little place to stay, very clean, no complaints at all.

Il personale è stato molto disponibile sia per il check-in in che per il check-out che per la colazione, soprattutto visto la mia celiachia. La camera era più piccola e messa in po' peggio (anche a illuminazione) di come sembrava dalle foto, soprattutto nelle foto sembrava più ampia di com'era nella realtà (per esempio da un lato tra scrivania e letto c'era mezzo metro neanche). La colazione è stata trovata poco soddisfacente soprattutto per la parte di bevande dalla persona che è venuta con me.

Albergo datato in fase di ristrutturazione, da una data non specificata. Prezzo assolutamente troppo elevato per lo stato della camera. Stanza assolutamente non insonorizzata. Tende con buchi di sigarette, materassi singoli del letto matrimoniale sfondati. Le lenzuola erano lise e la finestra in bagno non si chiudeva. Moquette macchiata. Colazione con cibo confezionato del discount. Personale gentilissimo ma un po' distratto.
