Great hotel and staff

Centrally located and right next to the university, made it easy to get around on foot. We enjoyed the location. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful! From Sara who helped us the moment we came in to all of her colleagues assisting us to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Thank you to all of the team for your help and kindness, it was truly appreciated! The room was spacious, had great air conditioning, which in mid summer is very much needed. The bathroom was stunning and I loved the comfort of it all. We will be sure to come back and stay here again. Thank you!

Great staff

Lovely hotel and great location. Breakfast was very good. Most of the staff were excellent but one server did blatantly ignore us one day when we tried to get her attention so that wasn’t impressive. Aside from her though we actually really liked this place.

Linens were dirty

I really liked the location - it’s central but not too busy. It is on a side street though in the university area so can seem a bit rowdy at times. The bed was comfortable and hotel staff helpful. However I would’ve expected better amenities from a 4 star hotel - there was no ironing facilities and had to ask a few times for shower gel to be replaced. The hotel seemed a bit dated and perhaps had been refurbished from a smaller scale b&b before? Also slightly outrageous to charge €9 per day just for putting things in the mini fridge? However I liked the nice touches of welcome cards, turn down chocolates etc.

Hotel is on a very scary street, lots of graffiti, looks like dirty alley, bar with many rough looking drunk people, sketchy people hanging out on street corner. I was truly shocked about the location and did Not feel safe there. It's a shame such a nice hotel is in such a horrible neighborhood.

Great place. Awesome views. The only draw back was taxi service in this area
