O hotel e bem localizado! Camas muito confortáveis. O hotel e um pouco antigo mas bem limpo e confortável. Supriu todas as minhas necessidades. Três vezes nesse hotel e eu recomendo. Perto do melhor shopping da cidade (Rio Poty) e farmácia pertinho. Recomendadíssimo. Ótimo café da manhã e excelente serviço de restaurante e de quarto. 👍👍👍

Hot water, wasn't hot, restaurant closes at 10, mattress was okay

We loved it. Specially their swimming pool is amazing.

We had a very nice experience at the Blue Tree- the pool and bar area were a great place to hang out, and the breakfast was good. Our room was comfortable, and clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with several things. They were renovating, so the entrance was a little hard to find for some of our uber drivers, but that will be resolved soon. The only thing I didn't like was the darkness on the floors before you stepped off the elevators, I know it was to preserve energy, but it felt like they were abandoned floors, and a little creepy. (The lights came on once you stepped off- but it was dark when the elevators opened.) But it was a nice stay- and we would definitely stay there again. Thank

Room outdated Not well kept Dirty Under renovations difficult to access other parts of Hotel

The hotel is well located but the room is not so good. There is a smell of cigarettes when you turn on the air conditioner and the mattress is not really comfortable. Breakfast is good and service is also good. Staff is really friendly.

We happened to be "lucky" enough to stay there when they had some sort of Cosmetics Industry Event going on in their conference room. The event was SUPER loud. There is apparently no sound insulation, it traveled all the way up to our room on the highest floor. Kids could not sleep until the thing was over, around 11pm or so. Bathrooms were not updated. (unless we were the "lucky ones" to get the one room not updated...) Pics on the website show better facilities than the reality. Staff was super friendly, but it is hard to make up for not so great facilities... If we go back to Teresina, we´ll probably give their competitor a try instead.

IT IS VERY GOOD TO STAY HERE AND THE POOL IS BEAUTIFUL.

Generally, it's a good hotel. Comfortable, nice staff, rooms and facilities in good conditions. For a couple of days the hotel was full, and everything was fine, the pool was clean, the waterfall (part of the pool's filtering system) was on, clean towels were available on the pool without request. Suddenly it became half-empty, and the common services were "downgraded": the breakfast was moved to a worse location, the pool was not clean, waterfall was off despite our requests, etc.

This is a really nice hotel. One of the best you can find in Teresina. Just be aware that you can have issues with the staff on the front desk, eventually. If you have luck and get the more experienced ones first, no problem at all.

As other reviewers have remarked, overall fixtures are old. The bathroom especially deserves a renovation. The bed was comfortable and the AC wasn't noisy. Breakfast was better than I expected.

Adoro o café da manhã

Quarto amplo, mas muito barulho externo. Barulho intenso quinta, sexta e sabado com eventos muito barulhentos no hotel. Cafe da manha bom. Piscina boa.
