Very nice and clean, comfortable bed. We liked that they had extra pillows.

Great hotel in great location. Very helpful man checked us in. Spotless big comfortable room. Enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant, good selection of vegetarian and vegan meals as well as fish and meat courses. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel, helpful staff in an excellent location where you can walk to all the sights. The room was basic with no frills, but clean and quiet.

The reception personnel were 2 times ok, this morning the man was not comptent and without asking my room number or asking me anythins started to ask me to pay again. And not polite ways. Only positive thing was the friendly lady preparing the breakfast. My room war really not up to date, bathroon was stinking shimmel and obviously someone was smoking in some roome next to mine, since my room was stinking old smoking-carpet smell, and after 2 nights all my clothes are now stinking as well. Not nice.

A fabulous location. Only blocks away from the great town Square. Easy parking on the street. The hotel is very comfortable and has a wonderful staff. Good Wi-Fi good food and very nice beer.

Very much in the town. Parking easily available though. Good very german food for dinner and breakfast.

Exploring Hansestädte seems to be our hobby. Wismar shines, and the Stern with it. Nice, clean, centrally located. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet.

The room conditions of the hotel were relatively well prepared. Bu theire was some difficulties for old people like us, such as no no preparation of supoporting board of travel laggages. Another inconvenience was lack of hot water kettle, notwithstanding the supply of instant coffee pack.

I stayed e nights and enjoyed everything about this hotel. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet, it was delicious every morning.

It is a decent hotel. The breakfast buffet and the welcome cocktail were the highlights. Sadly, we couldn't get wifi in the room! The room was very clean and the staff was super helpful (even with the language barrier). It is centrally located in Wismar.

Fantastisk placering midt i byen. Parkering lige bag hotellet. Alt personale er utroligt flinke. Værelset, som var Junior Suiten, var dejlig stort. Det eneste der var at sætte en finger på, var manglende belysning styrke i badeværelset.

Hyggelig kveldsvakt informerte om grei parkering. God frokost og stort og komfortabelt rom.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt und man ist in kürze auch am Hafen. Der Parkplatz ist über mehrere Stufen zu erreichen. Frühstück ok aber nicht hervorragend. Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich. Preis-Leistung insgesamt sehr in Ordnung.

Frokosten var ikke bra. De varme rettene var kalde. Dårlig utvalg av brøvarer. Hadde rom ut mot gaten. Kunne ikke ha vinduet åpent p.g.a kirkeklokkene.

Trevligt hotell mitt staden. Parkeringsplats bakom hotellet. Bra frukost
