1. Front desk staff couldn't find my reservation at first.
2. Took over 20 minutes to deliver an extra bottle of shampoo.
3. Booked a king size bed with two breakfast, usually the hotel would upgrade to the executive floor for gold card members, but this time it didn't happen even though they were available.
4. No welcome fruit basket, not that it really matters, but this seems to be the standard treatment for gold card members.
5. Light switches are very difficult to figure out, and shower are hard to turn off. I know this is supposed to be easy for most people, but I am just stupid.
6. No USB charging connections. Please this is 2019.
