Clean room, location and friendly helpful staff

Great location perfect for the city and cruise ship port . Friendly reception staff . Room basic but clean idea for a short stay. Breakfast will not be to everyone taste. Plenty restaurants nearby.

Staff were lovely. A lively part of town..A ten minute walk to our cruiseship the next day. Conviient for shipping and eating out. Do not try to find the black beach. Stick to the main beach. Our instint was to walk up to yhe fancy white building that looks like sails. Our intinct was wrong. That was the wrong way! Nothing much up there.

El hotel necesita una remodelación por ejemplo en los baños hay óxido en las tuberías de la ducha, el mando del televisor y del aire acondicionado en mal estado. Los empleados en el desayuno y en recepción muy amables todos.

Good 3 star hotel in a great location. Quick and friendly check in. Decent size room with a good shower, small square balcony overlooking plaza but no furniture and not big enough to sit on. Bed quite firm for me but this is personal taste.

Good location but can be a bit noisy at night. Requested a quiet room but despite this was put directly 1floor above bar downstairs. Room was fine but balcony is a tiny rectangle just to be aware. Breakfast basic and wouldn’t pay for again in hindsight.

Es un hotel sencillito, la atención del personal de recepción buena y amables. El desayuno muy sencillo. Repetiría por la buena ubicación, pero iría sin desayuno.

You don't and WON'T get what you paid for.. 3 months in advance I booked a king/double bed room. (I prefer not to stay in hotels that don't have large beds).. On check in I was tole they 'just checked in a large group and have no double/king bed rooms left AND IF I WASN'T HAPPY WITH THIS I CAN GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL!.. No they didn't' offer' me alternative accommodation but for me to leave the hotel I booked without refund.. The room allocated.. 1. Stank of cleaning chemicals so strong that even though I slept with the balcony door open, I still woke with a headache and sore throat!! and 2. The fllor at bathroom door was not only damaged but badly repaired and a tripping Hazzard... Though this hotel is cenral it's best to go a little further from the port and GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I also contacted a hotels.com agent about this on the day and got NO response to my complaint.

Todo muy bien! Es un hotel 3 estrellas… No se le puede pedir más de lo que ofrece! Eso sí, está en una de las mejores zonas de Santa Cruz para moverse a pie…

Even renovated the little (very) rooms have minimum amenities: fridge, Small tv, shower, and fonctionning ac. The hotel is so central that you are too close to the main Plaza with all the night noise. Lots of better suggestions for hotels in the vicinity.

As a solo traveller. I felt.safe. My room.was very clean. Including shower. Breakfast was ok. Ashame no tea and coffee in room Fridge was clean. If driving they have underground parking Cheap daily rate Staff very friendly and speak English. I will certainly go nack. Reasonable.price Sunbathe on the roof also. Hotel secured at night Guest have to buzz in.
