The room was clean, and the a/c was very welcome. Staff were helpful. Bathroom sink tap was a little excitable and needed to be turned on slowly to avoid getting soaked.

Good quality rooms and well mannered and helpful staff. Like most modern hotels air conditioning/central heating can be difficult to regulate to the required levels.

The bar upstairs overlooks the airport and is a brilliant view. It's walking distance from the airport and easy to get to. Check in was fast and easy. We had a wheelchair user with us and was easy to get her around and to/from the rooms. The bed was comfy. Didn't have breakfast there. Shops nearby too.

Room was excellently appointed and in great condition. We ate in the Restaurant and service was excellent and food as described, hot and tasty. Fab views over the airport, (although not much going on there), on-site parking meant this was an excellent stay. My only gripe if that, was that only coffee by the jug was available and would have preferred to have the option of a cappuccino!

The room was equipped with everything we needed . The only thing is that could be improved were the pillows- very lumpy and I was not about to try and contact housekeeping at three in the morning. Also some grout in the bathroom floor needed repair. The food in the restaurant was good and the staff everywhere were delightful.

The room was very clean and spacious. The roomvwas extremely warm on arrival which was appreciated as the weather had turned cold again. The staff were lovely as always.

Excellent service at the IHG Holiday Inn. Room was clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was English and delicious.

All good but breakfast was a disappointment not enough hop food available big que waiting for more food from kitchen so by the time some hot food arrives the other is cold total disaster if your in a hurry walk across the road to McDonalds quicker otherwise ok

Had to change rooms as wet room smelt of drains. Second room too hot but as we had already complained and very tired did not complain again. Evening meal of pizza and lasagne were very poor. Changed lasagne for fish and chips - not empressed. Duty manager said should have complained about hot room but explained reason. Not offered any reduction as gogw Not likely to book there again

Stayed two times first time all good second time all ok except for breakfast as large que due to not enough food on full English so had long wait and when fresh arrived it soon went due to queue, wife came back with very little and I went for mine again still long queue waited mentioned to staff told on the way took a while for queue to get food I nearly gave up but I was hungry, so maybe use McDonalds Nxt door in future Shame
