The location is perfect. The room was great for four people, except the bathroom could have been larger. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely staff. Luca was very warm and helpful. Room was simple but clean and comfy. Good value and location. Although the guest house is by the train, we didn’t hear any noise. Pleasant courtyard to sit and chill. The breakfast is at the cafe across the street; very busy as they serve many guest houses. Overall, I’d recommend!

The hotel is so convenient to the trains and to town. Great place to stsy while you explore the Cinque Terra trail cities.

Location is excellent, staff ( Lugo) was great very informative, escorted us to our room show us how to us access code box , lights and AC. Highly recommend this property for budget minded travelers.. Italian breakfast was included.

Nice property with very friendly staff. Street noise was as expected in a city but not disruptive. Close to shopping and dining. Didn't see the steak house close by til after dinner but it looked good. Maybe next time.

Convenient to train station. Inconvenient parking and sketchy neighbourhood.

Tiny, noisy, no way to close shades to keep sun out. No lights in stairway to 3rd floor. No elevator. Like a bad hostel.

Great location

My expectations were not high, this being a two star property, and the room and proximity to the train station were good. However, the absence of a lift is a real problem. If I had realised we seniors would have to carry our suitcases up two flights of stairs, I would have booked elsewhere.

The accomodation is fairly basic and the reception was not open at the times stated.The location is excellent and the room was clean.However the process for checking out with no reception was confusing.

The location from the train station was perfect. The communication with the staff was amazing and so helpful. Security was good, it was quaint and comfortable.

Clean hotel very close to train station, yet quiet. Staff very helpful. We got a room with two twin beds. One person thought beds were great, the other thought a bit too soft. Can't please everyone. I would start again.

This room did not feel like a hotel room but more like home. The service was brilliant and I feel suitable and safe for solo women travellers. Located near transport and the main town.
