Breakfast was good, parking is safe. No soap and only 2 towels, no shampoo as well you need to request all of those items, I think its better if they provided those items in the room.

Beds were very hard. Property is very dated and not worth the price they charge

Smoke / fire alarm went off in the room at 11:30pm while my fiancé and I were dead asleep. Staff were not helpful about the situation and upon check out the next morning when I explained this happened and was not happy about it the staff just stared at me without any initiative to remedy the horrible night. Staff said a manager would call me after I pressed about not being happy with my stay, however, a manager never reached out. Heard from family in the area that this has happened at the best Western to others they knew. I will be avoiding this place in the future.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Books up fast so get your reservation early. Beautiful lobby, large room, super comfortable beds. I had a kitchenette room and it was sparsely equipped but adequate. Could use some more outlets and ports for electronics. Would highly recommend to all travelers.

Better than expected breakfast

Ample parking. Close to eating facilities. Good breakfast facility with a large selection of items available.

I travel alone and i felt very safe, room was clean and the staff was awesome, very friendly and made me feel like i was the most important in the room.

Check in was frustrating

Staff was very attentive. There were some shops nearby. Only difficulty was room key. Kept losing code, had to reset 3 times

Staff need training for doing check in. Very slow process. I have never had to wait so long to check into a hotel.
