Just nice hotel with decent breakfast

Hotel is clean and well maintained

My room heater wasn't working well, and despite trying to turn the heat up twice and it failed, had to turn the stove on 2 power to heat the room so i could sleep. Pool is tiny and hot tub - both close crazy early at 930. Rooms are on the higher price point - I'm going to stick with Ramada as my go to in Williams lake. This was nice, but these two things are making me walk

Clean room

overall the hotel was clean, beds very comfortable and breakfest very delicious lots of options. would stay there again. Staff very helpful.

Room was clean had a great sleep

The room was decent. Breakfast was decent Disappointed that the pool and hot tub hours are 9:30-9:30, we went for 9:30 am and was told we were not allowed to use the hot tub until they put chemicals in it. No one showed up to do so and there were no pool towels both days we stayed.

I gave up my room for a smaller one because the hotel needed it for someone else. However i got stuff with a room next to the pool and front desk. Which became very noisy due to the hockey tournament and the kids left to run around the halls racing from one 1st to the 2nd floor. .

Staff is excellent; rooms are large and clean; location is great.

Very clean, great staff Sid at front desk very helpful with places to go and restaurants. Weekday breakfast staff was great took care of us.
