Extremely noisy. Uncomfortable bed. Only good thing is close to station. But everything is very old.

Good for the price. Train noise with window open could be bothersome to some people.

We enjoyed this hotel. It had a great location close to the train station and lots of shopping. It's a bit of a journey getting to downtown Tokyo, but we knew that when we booked it. We were visiting people and places close by, and the hotel worked out great for us.

The staff is very friendly and kind. The facility is super clean. This is the only hotel in the Tokorozawa station area. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Non smoking rooms are too less than market needs

Wonderful hotel close to train station, shopping area. Gracious hotel personnel. Restaurant and Imbiss onsite, other restaurants nearby. Simple convenience store across the street Only wish they had more Non-smoking rooms then it would be perfect. Thanks for the memories!

I have enjoyed my stay. No fuss hotel and offer room for stay, nothing more. Hotel is in walking distance to interchange station. Restaurant, Seibu and Seiyu are nearby. Hotel services is excellent as the room is made up every day and used towels are replaced with fresh towels everyday. Counter staff is friendly to accede to my request for non smoking room. Bed is comfortable enough and are clean. My room in 7th floor is really well ventilated. it faced the train tracks and I enjoyed watching sun rise from my window, my son's at 4th level is not as good, air is stale and suggest to hotel to check the ventilation at room no. 411.

Easily to find by driving car, staff have not very well English but try her best to communicate with us, free parking and have free child complimentary set to us, and the lobby gate will be locked when over the midnight 12 to prevent stranger enter, very nice. The room is small, not suitable for with child family, but the room is clean. Nice trip.
