The beds where very comfortable which is so important when traveling. The rooms where large and clean. The hotel pool and gym facilities where modern, and kept up incredibly well by the staff. Would highly recommend everyone and everything at this premium hotel. Also the Hilton Doubletree cookies are the best!

The check-in was 1st Class, the bar beside is really well-stocked and convenient, the food is excellent. The room felt very modern and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and saunas (there are 2) are very upscale. It was easy to find.

My favorite hotel in Zagreb

Overall, a very nice stay in a great hotel. One issue was the AC in our room though. It worked, but took a very long time to cool down the room.

Friendly and welcoming staff. They took care of us and made sure that we were well looked after.

Staff were very polite and helpful, especially the lady who looks after the spa, who was excellent. There was a €50 deposit per night that i was not told about so that did come as a surprise, one i had not budgeted for. However the bed was extremely comfy and the room was large, modern and clean with a massive window. The tv was big however the remote was very unresponsive. The spa, pool and sauna facilities were great and the complimentary cookies upon check in were a tasty surprise.

Very clean hotel, spacious, 25 minutes walk to old town.

Check in was challenging but staff and team fixed issues and my staff turned out very good. Property is very nice. I chose property because Expedia advertisement stated 3 min drive to tourist centre. I felt that that was walking distance. It’s not a 3 min drive it’s farther. Not walkable on a hot day. Otherwise hotel and food and bar very very good

It was elegant and restful, just what we needed.

Very slow checking, waited 25 minutesc in line, there were 8 guests ans 1 lady on reception. Manager was rude, and they charged me for costs that did not existed. They dont even offer doubletree cookie anymore.

It was not my first time staying in this hotel, however this time it was not 100% perfect. I had no hot water for the shower for the last morning of the stay, which meant waiting for it to be fixed and missing breakfast due to having no more time for it as I was there for business. The hairdryer made sounds that I was worried it will explode. It stopped in the end and needed to cool down before working again. Also, the mini fridge was all warm, I informed reception about it a day before but nothing was fixed. Taking into account that I had to leave 100eur deposit for it, seems odd.

This is probably one of the best hotels during our trip to Croatia. Can’t recommend it enough. It scores high on everything including the staff.
