My Points

 Free 2 ways airport transfer. Very friendly staff. Free buffet breakfast. Very close to night market 5-10 minutes walk.

The room was spacious but had no atmosphere. The bedding wasn't clean until we arrived I have had better hotels for less. The staff was very friendly and of good will. Especially the staff at the counter. 

Buffet is a gem. Staff are nice. But the beddings are dirty and room is dusty. Overall stay is good. Walking distance to market and pubstreet. Please change beddings often. 

The location of the room near the market. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. Very impressed hotel manager. It helps clear out the tuk tuk overall OK.
