Loved our room, space for a small family was brilliant. Cute decor that gives you the lodge feel. Breakfast was nice with good options. Kids loved snowboarding.

What an amazing complex. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed in the treehouse and it was magnificent. But as I say the whole complex deserves praise. You have to see it to believe it

Such a fun and unexpected place to stay and enjoy a "ski vacation" not far from home. Everything is so clean and nicely decorates, the staff is nice and the food is super tasty!

We had a fabulous stay here. The room was clean, big and nicely decorated in a unique way. The facilities were amazing. We ate at the restaurants and had a full day of skiing and snowboarding inside. The weather outside was poor so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside activities. We will definitely book here again.

The treehouse I booked didn’t have that much of woods. Just one line of trees and there was a street afterwards. But the room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

No wifi in my room, reception told me explicitly they were not going to do anything about it Won't come back to this place.

I stayed in one of the 'tree-house' rooms and they are a nutty (no pun intended), as they sound. Approached along a winding path, just far enough from the main Ski-Halle to be quiet, but close enough to get to the action quickly. You feel like you're in the middle of nowhere! The room is superb, very well appointed, large enough and creatively fitted out and decorated. Excellent service from the staff. Just wow, I'll definitely be staying there again. It's also cheaper than the city centre hotels and closer to where I need to work.

This was 2nd stay in this hotel and we are always fully satisfied with everything from facilities to service. We stayed family suite room same as last time and it is really wonderful and strongly recommend to everyone. Breakfast is also so nice. Also main reason to stay here is to enjoy ski!! It opens in whole year. We will definitely come again and stay same family suite again and again.

We had a great stay which exceeded our expectations! We were upgraded to the tree houses- everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable and the linens were very nice. The shower is absolutely the best and we had a real sauna in our room. Excellent value. Staff was very friendly upon check in and check out... and fast! We had a delicious breakfast and loved the fresh orange juice. We didn’t get a chance to ski, but we will definitely be back. I’ve already told several friends & family!

Pros: Very clean and comfortable hotel with lots of amenities. No problem finding parking. Very nice vibe overall. Cons: In a very remote area away from the City. Limited restaurants around outside of the hotel. While parking is free, you have to get an exit ticket every morning so lining up and waiting for one could get annoying for longer stays. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again for my next business trip.

Clean hotel with an alpine feel, good beer and great food, staff brilliant

Perfect for family . Can play there all day long. Very delicious foods and breakfast. We felt very relax there. Will go back there again in the future:)
