Hotel is beautiful. Staff are lovely. Room clean, very comfortable bed, lovely bedding. Bathroom lovely too. Can’t fault it!

We enjoyed everything about our stay; room, bar, breakfast and staff.

Loved our room 120, lovely four poster double bed, nicely decorated and would love to buy the wallpaper! Nice bathroom with rainfall shower and bath. The view over the back garden must be beautiful in the spring/summer.

Everything tidy. Staff efficient.

The room was poor. It was small with a very cramped bathroom, worst of all was the noise from the pipes and hot water boiler that keeps you awake all night. The staff offered no help. Room 204 is a nightmare.

Lovely staff interactions throughout our stay! Rooms were clean and spacious, communal areas were so cosy too. We had a fabulous stay!

Excellent Hotel

A lovely stay. A great friendly welcome, I arrived hours early to make the most of the day and was incredibly happy to be surprised with not only a room upgrade but being checked in at 11:30. The hotel looks amazing at Christmas. Will for sure be back.
