Very dirty no air conditioner no sreens on the windows and I canceled my 2 night and didn't get my money yet

Pleasant stay for a business trip.

Le réfrigérateur gèle les aliments et il y avait des coccinelles prisonnières de toiles d'araignées au plafond. Le tapis me semblait peu propre. Un bon ménage me semble nécessaire.

The hotel is ok, but disappointing for a supposed 4 star. The decor is very dated, predominantly dark and brown with little light in the rooms. There is no bar or communal area at all, the restaurant is good for breakfast (we didn’t try the evening pasta bar) but seems limited and run as a separate venue to the hotel. This feels more like a motel where you have a reception. Desk and a room and that’s it, than a fully functioning hotel with services.

Some staff were friendly and welcoming. Maids neglected our room 2 days in a row, and our sign was on the front of the door asking to have our room cleaned etc. Told the concierge and he apologised and provided clean towels which helped. Day 2 same scenario, no maid service. Two different staff were aware there were issues with their cleaning staff but this doesn’t excuse our room not being cleaned. Others in our group did not receive maid service.

Jacuzzi and indoor pool. Resto on site $$. Excellent mattresses.

Besoin de rénovations .. pas de prise fonctionnelle pour charger cell etc ..

En général c’était agréable mais la salle de bain était sale et la piscine et les tourbillons était sale aussi l’eau était gris mais c’est une belle place

Clean room and the staff was friendly.

The pool area was wonderful. The hot tub was not hot but comfortable.
