Terrific site. Their breakfast spread was immaculate. I would stay there again.

The hotel was very well kept, very clean, warm and comfortable and the staff were lovely and very professionall. It was very handy to stay before or after going to Pyrowice airport, with a taxi there being 100 zloty. There was no vegetarian starter option available but one was adapted on request. The food at dinner was lovely. We also walked from Byton town center so that is an option as it is not too far at just over a kilometer

We were driving from Gdańsk to the Zakopane and needed a stop over for the night to break the journey up. It’s a really pleasant hotel with ample parking and lovely grounds, the restaurant on sight was very nice but also for Poland very expensive and after a 6 hour drive we wanted to chill with a glass or two of wine and ate at the hotel, good food but expensive.

The staff was excellent and welcoming. The hotel has an amazing vibe and feel that takes you back to a bygone era. The restaurant had excellent food and a good variety of wines and drinks.

Wonderful hotel with great friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was good and the service was fast and attentive. The park is beautiful, the room was spacious and the breakfast was extremely good and every day a different selection! The gym was new equipment and the hot tub was a nice place to relax.

The property has a fantastic restaurant that offers world class meals. I was disappointed that we received a room with a view of a rooftop, although the place was not sold out. Moreover, the sink wasn’t draining and the safety lock was broken.

Beautiful hotel with spacious, clean rooms. Great decor. Unfortunately Katowice/Bytom is never going to be a tourist Mecca.

This place was truly delightful. The details and craftsmanship of the furnishings were in excellent taste. In some of the pictures I thought the rooms looked a bit gaudy, but in reality they are tastefully done. The staff was great. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious as well as well presented. There is a beautiful garden area which was lit with Christmas lights during our December visit. One think I misunderstood from the listing - the airport shuttle isn't free and in fact was to cost the same as getting a taxi.

Everything was great. The room was beautiful, restaurant delicious and over a nice place to visit. Plan to return.

the hotel is in best location , near many big malls , ikea , fauchen , .... the staff is really nice the breakfast is great with free parking at hotel , exchange machine at the gaz station near by kfc and macdonalds few steps away
