Room spacious, nearby hotel are Lawson, 7-Eleven, and laundry machine. 5 mins walk to Omori station.

This hotel has become one of our favorite places to stay whenever my husband and I visit Tokyo. We’ve stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are welcoming, and the location is both convenient and peaceful. A special highlight for families with young children is the playground area, which offers a cozy and safe environment where kids can play freely, making the stay feel even more like home. Together with Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel and Hotel Mystays Premier Hamamatsucho, this hotel is always on our list whenever we plan a trip to Tokyo. Highly recommended! 😊🏨🇯🇵

Overall, it's satisfactory, but the location is a bit of a pain in the leg to get to and from Omori Station. If it were closer to the station, it would be much better.

The neighborhood is kid-friendly, with a playground nearby. Lawson and FamilyMart are also within walking distance. Breakfast is quite varied, and most importantly, there's free delivery to Haneda Airport, so you don't have to worry about lugging four suitcases with two children.

The staff is very friendly, the first experience of vacationing in Japan felt more comfortable and easy because there is a shuttle facility from the hotel to the airport and vice versa. The staff at the reception are also informative about transportation and tourist destinations around the hotel.

The check-in and check-out is easy. The location is perfect, surrounded by many convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants.

Stayed for two nights. There is paid parking next to the hotel, but there is a discount from the hotel. Close to the city center. No connecting rooms for large families. Clean and safe.

The staffs were very friendly. I asked so many things before I went to the hotel (via email) and when I stayed in the hotel (asking for hair iron, scissors etc). Though it needs 30-40 minutes to go to popular places like Yamanote line area, but the area around MyStays Omori Hotel is already nice for me (not crowded too), you can get to Seiyu, Atre, even the park near the hotel is very cozy for me to look around.

The location is quite ok, the room is quite spacious, clean.
