Carolina and Leticia are amazing. Carolina helped me with so many things and helped me decide places to go. She is so charming. The breakfasts are perfect, the area is located so close to many sights seeing areas and right next to the water. The rooms are huge and very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location of hotel. Close to old city ,market and the water. Great customer service from Leticia. She gave us a map of the city and showed us points of interest to check out. Gentleman working at night helped us with tv because we didn't get reception. Definitely recommend staying there.

This is a good three star hotel. Close to the water in the Old part of Montevideo. The breakfast is nothing special, the neighborhood is safe but old area.

Breakfast do not have eggs. This the only thing that can be improved

Staff was great and breakfast was delicious! Only gripe I have was the shower head was somewhat broken a the grout a silicone on the shower and toilet could use replacing.

This was the worst hotel I’ve booked through Expedia ever. It says hot tub on site on Expedia and it says it on their website as well. You get there there is no hot tub. We were told that it closed during the pandemic so at least five years ago. It’s kind of fraudulent to advertise a hot tub that doesn’t even exist. Also, Expedia says you get 20% off the restaurant well guess what there is no restaurant. This is another lie. They have breakfast in the morning, but that’s only if you paid for it. It is not included. So again, no hot tub no on-site restaurant. Then our room started to flood because there was a cyclone which I get is not a normal occurrence, but the amount of wind that was coming through the window was so noisy we couldn’t sleep or hear ourselves talk, and then we woke up and our things were completely drenched because water was coming through the window. Carolina the only staff on site was so overwhelmed and this poor lady moved us to a different room where the wind wasn’t coming directly at our window and we could finally get some rest and we had to dry our things. Also, it’s a terrible area because everything closes at 5 PM. There are no restaurants. There’s just a McDonald’s that’s open. Just don’t stay there. They have no hot tub. They don’t have a restaurant in the room we had was flooded and again the wind noise from the really bad windows was like a high-pitched, really loud whistling. Nothing that they are Expedia advertises true.

Check in deadline was 10pm but they waited 20mins for me following heavily delayed flight which was appreciated.

Design hotel é só o nome mesmo. O quarto é decente mas não tem nada de diferente. Aliás a hospedagem é bem amadora. O café da manhã não deviam oferecer se não tem como fazer algo satisfatório
