Very central hotel, located in between Gueliz and Hivernage. The hotel and staff are very welcoming. Great breakfast included

Staff was very accommondating, rooms were available, early and on time

Service very slow! Staff not accommodating everything was too much! Egg station did. It know how to make eggs or omelette’s very disappointing! Hygiene was bad at breakfast area and hotel not accommodating in the lobby area for families to sit and play games as they turn the lights out after 9pm. When asked to provide a small side table in an area where there was a lamp on they refused, the small side table was on the other side of the room which was higher so we could play board games the hotel refused! Also room hadn’t been cleaned for 2 days! We kept the door sign on our door for the room to be cleaned and also requested reception to get room cleaned! They ignored it! I wouldn’t stay here again!

The room was perfect but the airco was not working maybe it was me. The staff was lovely The restaurant by the pool was nice Lovely place they have a souvenir boutique etc really recommande

La chambre était impeccable les serviettes et peignoir super doux ! nous avons était surclassé et nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce geste et surtout l’espace de la suite qui était juste parfaite très propre et spacieuse . Le personnel disponible à l’écoute et top . Le petit déjeuner top rien à dire. Parking avec gardiennage très bien également.

Nice, clean hotel. Check-in was simple and easy. Good-sized room with a lovely view of the front. Bathrooms clean and spacious, and finally, very nice omelets and pancakes at breakfast.

What great hotel! It was a win, win all around! My friend and I had the best time. We had an upgrade to a pool view room which I would definitely book if I return! The staff are so kind and helpful- everyone says hello as the pass you and can’t do enough for you. They printed our boarding passes for us too and nothing was too much trouble. The room was gorgeous and spacious! It was clean and the towels fresh everyday- even if you don’t put them to be changed. The toiletries (shower gel, soap, etc.) smell divine! We were in a great location but probably didn’t utilise this enough but it is about a 35-minute walk to the main square and it is over the road from the train station. Would stay here again without hesitation! ❤️☺️☀️ The only thing I would do differently is arrange my own airport shuttle which I did on the return to the airport. We were charged 300 dirhams, but realistically, it should be approximately 150ish.

Great hotel facilities and lovely bar. Only complaint was the poor quality of the breakfast - poor selection, cold and the self serve outside meant the birds kept picking at bread. Also the staff were not very attentive at breakfast time.

Pool Bar waiter customer service outstanding. Unfortunately hotel was being renovated around pool area/breakfast area which was chaotic at breakfast time and unhygienic (birds eating bread/pastries from outside buffet area. Room was overlooking a noisey building site. Room number was confusing as 2 rooms with same number just different areas. Woken up by doors slamming down corridor all through night and early morning so had a very poor night sleep( doors should have closers on them). room maid knocked on door at 6.50 am which was unacceptable.
