Pool Bar waiter customer service outstanding. Unfortunately hotel was being renovated around pool area/breakfast area which was chaotic at breakfast time and unhygienic (birds eating bread/pastries from outside buffet area. Room was overlooking a noisey building site. Room number was confusing as 2 rooms with same number just different areas. Woken up by doors slamming down corridor all through night and early morning so had a very poor night sleep( doors should have closers on them). room maid knocked on door at 6.50 am which was unacceptable.

While the breakfast was good, other meal services (dinner) were extremely poor, aspect of service quality completely missing. Housekeeping service also poor, no tea coffee & towels left in room. Had to request at least 4 times before delivered to room. No one in the front office was willing to listen. The mgt. as well as staff need quality customer service.

The property was not that bad, nice food and large pool. The staff checked us in late evening and the AC was not working in our room. Staff stated it would be okay in a hour or so. After a tough night we asked staff again who stated that an engineer would sort it. Again a full day wasted waiting at the hotel as our room was getting its AC serviced. We then had to check out the following day and find another hotel as the AC was not getting any better and we were just getting the run around by staff. After a long chat with the management they did finally agree to reimburse us for the days we were not staying but nothing towards the two days wasted at the hotel.

Lovely central hotel, next to train station. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and a short walk to Ménara mall. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing honeymoon

Everything was on point very central near railway walking distance to Medina (I like to walk) make sure you book room to face pool think rooms looking out on may thoroughfare maybe noisy although double door mechanism. Good breakfast selection. I made mistake of not booking an adults only hotel that wasnt fault of hotel though

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was so clean and beautiful. We are really grateful for the experience we had here. Sometimes the breakfast options got a bit boring but other than that, it was a beautiful experience.

Staff friendliness

The room was warm and the air conditioner could not change the temp. I told the front desk who said they would send someone, hours later they had not arrived. Went to desk again, they sent maintenance who said they fixed it, but it did not change. Requested a room change but was told they did not have another room, so I asked for fans. They said they would send them. An hour later they had not so I went to the desk again to wait for electric fans. We stayed at this hotel because it is right across from the train station and we had an early train in the morning. On the plus side, they did pack our included breakfast to take with us. It is a large bust hotel. For the same or less money you can get a smaller Riad with much better customer service.

Fantastic place with free WiFi, lovely staff members and the hotel had everything we needed. Breakfast was included, boarding passes were printed for us to get home (as they need to be a paper copy), staff were always on hand to help with anything necessary. The hotel had food, a gym, a spa, a pool with rooms with air conditioning, a mini fridge, showers and balconies. The rooms were frequently checked and items always changed over. An amazing hotel with a bowling alley next door. Food is fantastic at the hotel and is a great price! Would highly recommend. It’s only a 20 minute drive from the airport.

The food was delicious and not overpriced ,Hotel is very clean.our room was cleaned every day definitely go back there .the staff was amazing also .

Hotel was very well run, staff very efficient, room was clean. Marrakech is an amazing place, hotel breakfast was more than enough - shout out to Rashid for his pool side service - worked very hard. Hotel was central and great location to reach other places easily by walking or taxi
