Very nice but was unable to shower due to a very yucky smell

Staff was really friendly and overall it was very clean, bedsheets etc. The room I had had a really old and dirty looking/ stained carpet and mat. If I didn't have a toddler I wouldn't have cared, but felt a bit yucky. Also there was no ceiling fan in the bedroom

Air conditioning very effective. Free safe underground car parking a bonus.

Always enjoy but did not think this unit was as good a location or layout to the one we had last year.

This was the first time I have stayed at this property and it was absolutley wonderful. The apartment was beautifully kept, the view was stil beautiful even though blocked by road side trees. Staff were amazing when I advised of the 3 very minor issues upon leaving. The pool, saunas, bbq area and eating area were well kept and clean as well. Very short walk around the corner to a bus that can take you into the city or out to Sea world. Great location. I will definatley be booking again.

The pool, gym and spa facilities were fantastic. The apartment was clean but quite dated.

Friendly staff, great facilities. Rooms could do with painting and an extra couch or new dinning seats. Lovely little touch of complimentary icepoles. Carpark was good as was pool.

Beautiful views off the balcony! Only a one night stay so didn’t get to use the facilities - but close to food options and everything you would need. Was perfect for the price.

This was our 2nd stay at Crystal Bay in two years. We love the location, cleanliness and presentation of the apartments, also the place is mobility friendly. We have marked it down purely because the wifi was so unreliable. Traveling from another country we relied on wifi for communicating with family and friends and also for planning our sightseeing and venues for the days ahead. We were mostly unable to do this during our 8 day stay so it would be something we would seriously consider when planning any future visit to the GC.

After hours check in was shocking. Arrived at 630pm and waited 30 minutes before I managed to get someone to answer the after hours call. Great location, and room had plenty of space. But appliances were old and broken, showers were old and broken. In general the place needs work.
