What a beautiful place! We took a taxi to get there, it’s not far away from town, just a few minutes. The views from the top floor apartments is breathtaking. Excellent food vendors outside the hotel and the beach is a minute or so walk away! Very quiet at the pool. Would stay there again!

This hotel left us unimpressed. Very boring no color or art on any part of the hotel. We rented the three bedroom apartment. It was nice and spacious but I didn’t like they only had air in the bedrooms. It wasn’t a terrible stay but just forgettable.

The apartment was perfect and had every thing we needed and wanted. The front office staff was so helpful, kind and made our stay memorable and so comfortable. It was super easy to get around and the little beach/ cove near by is perfect for snorkeling and swimming. Next time we plan to bring our adult children to share this magical place. The pool, staff, views, and location are just fantastic!

Nice rooms and great staff, especially Susana she is wonderful and was always ready to assist us. My only concern will be that they only have a/c in the rooms and when we were having dinner it will get really hot. The view was amazing though 😊overall I was very satisfied with my stay and my kids enjoyed the pool.

If you are American, or Canadian, I would suggest you avoid this place. It’s an old, reasonably well-maintained place with a great view, and very accommodating personnel. That’s it for the positives. It advertises “air conditioned”, which is true. But, the A/C is only in the bedrooms, and in my experience, they were little more than wall fans. Do you have any idea how hot the downstairs of these villas get when the temperature is 90 degrees outside? Probably around 80 or so. I was moved to another villa to no avail—same conditions. The place is rather isolated, with nothing to do but swim in the postage stamp size swimming pool. If you want to go to town (Crucesita, or Santa Cruz) you need a rental car or taxi. After 4 days of a 15 day vacation, I had to move to another hotel at my expense. They were not interested in a refund. Fortunately, Hotels.com was really good about this and refunded me the difference. Also, if you want to go to a beach, you can walk about 1/2 mile to Arrocito Beach, which is quite nice, but far from the best one for snorkeling. Restaurants? Fortunately, there is one, Oceans, at the condo called Cosmo near the beach. Other than that, back to the car, or taxi—every time! Not a good experience for me! Huatulco itself is fabulous, with a lot of reasonably priced hotels to choose from. Unless you like the idea of being somewhat isolated, I’d opt for a place closer to the city. By the way, a tax fare anywhere in the city is 30 pesos!

The property was well maintained. Being the Off-season, prices were very low. No other services are offered, such as resturant/bar. It is a 15 minute drive to stores or places to eat/drink. Taxis were available most times, but it is recommended to rent a car. WiFi was non reliable most days.
