A wonderful place to stay while attending a convention at the Winter Gardens. Lisa was very friendly and the room comfy, warm and great value.

The host was lovely and very welcoming. Breakfast was very nice. Room was lovely. The only improvement I would say is that it would have been nice to have hand soap and a hand towel in the en suite. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. There is a car park across the road and the hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the beach front so it’s in a great location

The hotel was a great B&B. The landlady was marvellous. Rooms comfortable, warm and very clean. Breakfast was as you'd imagine. I would stay here again

very clean and convenient for sea front and central. Room was quite small but all was good for our two night stop over. Nice comfy bed and en suite shower .Well thought out colour scheme and nice thick clean comfy carpet. Breakfast was yummy. Hot.Fresh, Well cooked and nothing to much trouble for the hosts WOULD STRONGLY RECCOMEND .

Lisa and mark were very welcoming. Lisa took her time to ask us what we would like for breakfast the following morning she was very polite Breakfast itself was amazing our bedroom was very warm and clean Me and my children had a really lovely stay Thank you

Hotel was perfect for a short stay, small cosy room with small on suite. Really friendly and helpful hosts.

Lovely hotel, great stay and the breakfast was lovely. Room was warm and comfy. Fantastic hosts. Definitely would stay again. Parking just round the corner and very reasonably priced £10 for 24 hours. Thank you 😊

We loved everything about this property, it had a homely atmosphere, the new owners were extremely helpful and accommodating for our little lady, it's close to the seafront and local amenities. It was the perfect place to stay...Thank you Mark and Lisa for making my birthday trip so easy, and for looking after us, we will definitely stay with you again :-)

Lovely check in. Staff were all organised and ready for our arrival. They were polite and friendly and the room was lovely, comfortable and clean

I was under the impression our room was en suite but upon arrival found it was across the hall. mattress was in need of replacing. Breakfast was excellent and hosts extremely friendly and accommodating.
