Seeing family and good location, No TV remote, got fed up asking, said was leaving one for when we returned, nothing.

Convent location but carpets, headboad filthy no shower gel in the dispenser no glasses for water heater didn’t work.

So so hotel, fine for the one night we stayed. Not great that we had to pull out the spare bed ourselves as we booked the 3 beds. No mention of breakfast times or location when checking in, seemed we were interrupting what ever the staff found more important to talk about

Friendly and efficient welcome, good condition and clean, decent size and facilities. Very cheap but very acceptable.

Great location and great surroundings

The room itself was a good layout But the corridor carpets and glass in doors were very grubby. The shower in room 153 drained away very slowly so filled up quickly so could only have a quick rinse. The hand soap and shower gel had bare minimum in them. The pull out mattress was terribly lumpy.

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast disappointing.

Access was closed, could not get to hotel. No warning. When I called them and they finally answered, they lied and said police closed it and it should be open in half an hour....it was closed due to roadworks. This hotel is a disgrace to the Ramada name.

The room was ok for what we needed, beds weren't overly comfortable. Breakfast wasn't that great everything seemed to be cold even though kept on hot plates, would suggest grabbing breakfast in the services rather than hotel. It was fairly clean a few areas missed but as we was only there for the night not a major issue. Shower screen not good water just leaked out underneath and out onto the floor

Conveniently located 30 mins from Gatwick so ideal after a late flight. Basically a comfortable room. Disturbed at 1am by a neighbouring guest on a zoom call but not from external traffic noise. On closer inspection, the toom was in need of a deeper clean and rhe bed was not made well.

Convenient location, rooms were a decent size and staff were helpful and friendly. The only let down was the room wasn't cleaned very well Breakfast was okay

The hotel is very convenient for Gatwick. It's st the services, so very busy, very noisey. Lots if rats and foxes in the car park at 0400.

Helpful staff

For a quick stop off on your way somewhere it’s absolutely fine. Probably not going to stay there for a week to visit all the attractions at Cobham Services any time soon though

The property is clean and the staff were nice. It’s in a great location where there are many food options. It’s exactly what you pay for. Its a bit far from London though, expect to pay a hefty uber.

Ample parking with food options nearby. It's on a motorway route so transportation isn't varied.

We've stayed on 2 occasions first time the room was perfect and immaculate this time not so great. Was very disappointed by the breakfast we got there by 8 am to find out they had run out of pancakes et cetera the choice wasn't very good and the egg was hard from where it had been sitting

Family room small but clean. Checked in and got told breakfast not paid for, when producing the online invoice they said ok. Went for a meal in the restaurant in the evening. Service was appauling. 1 person cooking and 1 serving. It took 2 hours to get our meals and each person pretty much ate their meal before they brought out the next one. Clearly cooking one meal at a time. The food was average (when it arrived). Didnt tell us it would take longer due to staffing issues and only apologised at the end. I've never had service this bad.

Price matched business budget. Dog friendly as all the carpets in the hotel are dirty and stained.
