Hotel was great, high standard and service. Only issue was outside had scaffolding around the building and the car park was out of service. Would recommend.

I was expecting free parking

Central hotel, friendly staff, decent rooms and a great breakfast.

Would have been good to know we couldn’t park on site before arriving. Lots of roadworks next to hotel and gas to park in multi story car park next door at cost of £13 for 2 nights

parking a nightmare

The staff team were friendly and the hotel and room was clean. Breakfast was quality & tasty. I would of liked my receipt on checking out as it was promised to me when I checked in, otherwise all good.

Used to come here regularly in the past. Shops and Restaurants are all within walking distance. Parking is possible nearby too but there was work going on at this time so parked in the multi-storey which is a short walk. Normally a bit cheaper if booked with the hotel directly. Need to pay in the car paek. Not sure if this is the new way forward but not a tragedy. Reception Team were great as before. Friendly and welcoming. Super breakfast with good hot options. Nothing too much trouble here and we will be back over the summer months. Many thanks all.

It was difficult to park due to work on the building otherwise ok

Average budget hotel...clean and quiet...pleasant staff...location is very run-down...feels unsafe at night no private parking....very dodgy public multi-storey next door is only option...badly lit area and groups of youths hanging about. Won't be staying there again.

No parking and asked to pay £6 for overnight stay

Had a very pleasant young lady welcome us. Room had everything we needed. Trying to sleep all I could hear was woman shouting "Get off me, get off me. I was concerned until I heard children running around. This went on for quite a while. Bed was comfortable, not so the pillows. Breakfast was tasty, but could have been hotter. Didn't appreciate people coming coming to breakfast in their nightwear, they are NOT at home.

It took me 30 minutes to park due to roadworks which I won't blame the hotel for. The hotel was clean but every time I flushed the toilet it would make VERY audible noise for 10/15 minutes. Bed was comphy and the whole experience was expected except the clearly drugged up woman soliciting herself.

Didn’t get to sleep until 445am doors banging all night people running up and down music playing all night absolutely disgusting

Receptionist on check in was really nice and then really helpful with recommendations for a restaurant.

Parking outside hotel is currently suspended so I had to use the multi storey car park next door and pay for parking. Not easy when you are disabled.I would not have booked this hotel if this had been flagged up straight away
