The picture for my room showed we had a balcony and we did not have a balcony. The pool should be heated as the water was freezing

Hotel is ok, didn't really experience any service other than the check in/out, there was no interaction with staff not even a simple hello when walking into the establishment. The price of parking was a bit ridiculous when the grounds are large, so here is a tip, drop your bags off and ust park outside, there is space and free.

The hotel is near the centre, definitely walkable (weather permitting), however it is a little dated and wifi isnt the best, if you have a virtual meeting dont bother with a camera it will only lag. Breakfast nothing special, but it does its job. The one thing which one cant understand is that there is a massive parking lot but you have to pay for it.

We are so happy that the hotel accepts pets! All the care aboute the corona virus was amazing!

-HOTEL LOOKS... beautiful -PARKING LOT ... spacious but not included in your stay( expect to pay daily rates) - CHECK IN ..was a breeze - ROOM.. large enough and a good view to The Valley ( you may be lucky to book one with a patio with a view ) - POOL. . Great space with a spectacular view. Down side, it’s very shallow / upside , it’s heated - BREAKFAST .... THE BEST PART OF OUR STAY ( don’t pay for Café Colonial if you book a room here, it’s better and it’s included -ROOM SERVICE FOOD... not good for what was charged..expected more.. much more -CLEANING SERVICE. ... one day I even asked front desk to clean it while we were out (asked 4 times in a day ) and It still didn’t get cleaned. Had to run down myself to get towels and paper towel. Didn’t enjoy that Overall .. a good stay wasn’t for the cleaning service and room service meals.. Morning shift 1000x better than evening staff. . I’d come back, but certainly would look around before, there are PLENTY of other choices.

The hotel location was excellent and next to all city ammenities. The staff were friendly and looked after us during our stay when called upon. Overall good size room, big bathroom along with a good breakfast being offered. Hotel was a perfect choice in meeting our needs during this business trip. Also had english tv channels.Building condition has dated over time however, it is well maintained.

Short holiday with family including kids with 9 years and 6 years old.

Excellent service, comfortable hotel but could do with some decoration refresh in the rooms. Very good breakfast selection, with frequent replenishing.

Second stay in this hotel in a six months period. After first time I went with my family, this turned to be the preferred hotel with kids due it's "Copa Baby" and play area. Well, this time things weren't so nice: play are had several items with some kind of problem, giving lack of interest perception. During checkin, I was being forwarded to a room very distant from Copa Baby, and I had specifically asked for it and a baby bed in Hotels reservation. The guy that was doing our checkin seemed don't care, but helpfully another person said since the hotel was not full, we could easily be changed to a nearer room. We ended probably in the nearest room from Copa Baby as well as receiving a room upgrade.

only two short blocks from a spectacular town! The rooms and public areas are spacious, and the breakfasts include everything one could want. Everything is new and in great shape. It is more elegant than I had assumed from the description.

Estava num Congresso e o check in foi tumultuado, com atraso para os eventos, porque foram intransigentes dizendo que as 14:00 era o check in mas o Congresso começava às 13:00. Todos fizeram check in no mesmo horário, tumultuando tudo. Um absurdo a falta de aquecimento no quarto e no auditório. Passei um frio muito desagradável. Hotel antigo demais para o alto valor das tarifas. Com café da manhã limitado.

O Hotel tem uma ótima estrutura. Porém, alguns detalhes precisam ser observados. O aquecimento do quarto não estava funcionando adequadamente e as duas primeiras noites foram terríveis porque o quarto estava muito frio, devido ao aquecedor desligar no meio da noite. Conseguir cobertores extras foi uma dificuldade e o colchão do quarto 317 precisa ser trocado. Em resumo: 5 diárias, das quais duas delas foram uma experiência terrível.

Estivemos no hotel pela segunda vez após cerca de dois anos e meio. Na nossa primeira experiência tivemos uma impressão melhor, inclusive recomendamos a hospedagem para amigos que viajaram conosco desta vez. Percebemos, porém, alguns pontos que nos passaram a sensação de que a estrutura e a manutenção poderiam estar mais cuidadas. Nos corredores dos quartos havia cheiro de comida em alguns momentos, e no espaço kids sentimos um odor forte de mofo/chulé. Além disso, o brinquedão aparentava precisar de uma higienização mais frequente, pois nosso filho saiu com a roupa e o cabelo bastante sujos de poeira. Também sentimos falta da interação do mascote Topete no espaço kids. Fomos informados de que isso não aconteceu porque o elevador estava estragado e havia receio de utilizarem as escadas. Entendemos a preocupação com a segurança, mas foi uma situação que acabou decepcionando as crianças. No quarto, ao movermos uma mesa de cabeceira para acomodar nossos pertences, encontramos bastante sujeira atrás do móvel, o que nos passou a impressão de que a limpeza poderia ser mais detalhada. O ar-condicionado também era antigo e bastante barulhento, então preferimos dormir sem utilizá-lo. Como pontos positivos, destacamos o café da manhã que é bem gostoso e o ótimo e rápido atendimento da recepção. Ainda assim, desta vez a experiência não correspondeu às expectativas que tínhamos da nossa primeira estadia.

Tudo maravilhoso, ambiente, os funcionários, a localização.

Quarto limpo. Corredor com um pouco de cheiro de umidade. Espaço Kids excelente. Café da manhã bom.
