Friendly place to stay for a few days. Nice breakfast, good staff.

Had a lovely stay. Food was lovely and an excellent location.

Place was fine, but disappointing to come back at 9.15pm for a drink and find the place all locked up and no one around, mentioned to staff in the morning and they said owners say if no one around they have to close, but guests may go into the town then want a drink like we did on way back so very disappointing, it was all closed up and no one around when we arrived at 2.30, I knew you couldn’t book on till 4pm but thought someone would of been around earlier

Clean room, everything we needed for an overnight stay, with good location to Staithes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

I had a large room with an ensuite shower room also large. A great touch was a pedestal fan and loads of tea and coffee. I booked inclusive breakfast which was unbeatable. There was a full cooked menu including full English, Kippers, toast. Fresh fruit yoghurt cereals toast etc. Very generous portions. I chose to use the pub restaurant for my evening meals also incredible for value and quality. All the staff are working their socks off to make their customers happy. I cannot better the whole experience. And this would always be my first choice for Staithes, North Yorkshire. The NRM. And NYMR if you interested in rail history.

Brilliant place food was excellent

Absolutely loved this place, from our window we had a beautiful view and saw deer!

Everything was excellent

Staff were great. Felt very well looked after by them. Property was very tired. Bathroom wasn’t very clean in room.

I was nearly late checking in for food but the staff pointed out that there was only 15 mins left so I should get my skates on. Only 1 person on front of house duties but she was excellent running the bar and delivering food. Very polite and chatty. well worth the tip I gave her (sorry didn't get her name)

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very happy to help. My room was a dog friendly room, at the top of the hotel. Super views. The room was everything as advertised, clean, tidy and comfortable. The heating was on, the hot water was hot, plenty of tea and coffee, huge television, and plenty of breakfast full English.

Lovely cosy room and the breakfast was probably the best we have ever had. Lovely staff and we loved our stay. Great location and the views were amazing.

Room was clean but cold when we got there. Warmed up with radiator on but would be nice to have it heated up prior to arrival ideally. rOOM WAS COMFY , TOWELS NICE , ALL AMENITITES. fOOD IN BAr lovely and plenty of choice.

Spotless and staff went out of their way to help us the whole weekend. I couldn’t recommend them enough

Friendly staff. Rooms good. Convenient for walking in the area. Both evening meals and breakfast’s were really good, for choice, value and quality.

Hearty portions for breakfast, room was spacious only downside was a small double bed. Staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating.
