Super nice staff

Property was unique and had a futuristic feel about it. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. The shower room at the spa was not fully clean, though it may be because we booked in for it last minute. Breakfast was nice, though the same offerings were presented every day. Maybe not sufficient for a 4 star hotel. Parking was ample & the free use of the electric car charging station was greatly welcomed. No comment about the staff.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staffs were really good and helpful too. Location is near to the airport and so if you are planning to visit centraal or cathedral it’s a bit tricky as you would have to catch 2-3 trains to reach there. But travel to Malpensa airport is really convenient. But I totally loved the hotel and service and would rate 8/10.

Very helpful staff and beautiful hotel

Stayed at MO.OM Hotel recently and overall had a nice and relaxing stay. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. One thing to note is that the hotel is not very close to the train station, so you will likely need to get an Uber or taxi which can cost around €22 or more depending on the time and location. There also aren’t many shops or places nearby, so we had to go to the nearby Iper shopping centre to buy snacks and essentials. The spa was lovely, however it is not included in the hotel stay and costs an additional €35 per person to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel very clean and relaxing. It was a peaceful atmosphere and comfortable rooms made it a pleasant experience.

Lovely weather stayed for the Fiera del mobile quiet location. Chose the garden room very spacious,food is good and nice wine list. Pleanty of choice at breakfast Staff was graet and helpful Parking was exellent just outside the room door.

Lovley hotel , enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the spa was excellent!

Spa filthy, room dated, staff bordering on rude

Lacking in customer service verging on rude! Hotel a bit dated, room was dirty. Didn’t bother complaining got the feeling they wouldn’t bother anyway. Booked the spa too. Water was filthy! Murky green/grey colour! They have a cheek to charge for it. The only fridge in the room stocked to the roof with their products! Would be nice to have somewhere to store refrigerated products. They also tried to charge us twice for the spa when we left even though they insisted we pay when checking in. They hold your passport and unless you return they crappy robes, bag, towel etc they won’t give you it back. Would never return! Shame really cause it could be nice

The hotel room was a perfect size. The breakfast was great and the spa was perfect. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. Such a great place.

Very beautiful hotel, everywhere was clean, room was nice. The only downside for me was that breakfast was below average as there weren’t a lot of options. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful, I needed a charger and they went above and beyond to get it. Great place to stay.

Shuttle service to the Airport Malpensa was €50 which I think is pricey for 10min drive. Wish I put that €50 towards a hotel in the airport then I could wake up later and not worry about traffic.

Hotel eccellente con camere spaziose, silenziose e comode, una bella area wellness e in generale un bel design e un’atmosfera piacevole. anche la colazione molto buona e variata. Si trova vicino all’autostrada, quindi molto comodo per esplorare milano e dintorni.

The friendly staff made the arrival pleasant. The clean modern rooms made the visit pleasant. The comfortable beds made the night pleasantly restful. A very pleasant place.

The room was excellent in every way. I was traveling solo and the staff was above and beyond courteous. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
