You have to call to contact front desk staff for check in/exit. Staff were friendly. But it feels like a rooming house and is 30 mins from the port.

You get what you pay for. I only needed to stay for one night so I risked this booking. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the air conditioning in the room was not working properly- so it wasn’t an ideal temperature in the room. Additionally, the included breakfast was only pastries. Nothing sustainable- but better than nothing perhaps ?

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. No frills for an overnight stay before flying back to the States. The staff was helpful and attentive. Be aware there is no elevator or ice machine.

Bakery goods & coffee I didn't realize how HIGH the suite room was. 4 floors to climb. No trash can in room. A tiny one in bathroom. We each barely fit in shower. Bruised my ankle on bidet getting out of shower. Shampoo/body soap in one(!) Rain shower didnt work. A very unpleasant experience. Toilet seat moved every time you sat, so you were touching the toilet rim (yuk) We were there pre cruise & to sleep off jet lag..it was quiet and room was dark to sleep. The picture online showed a small table & chairs in room..we had to eat on the bed.

Room was nice, clean. Lots of dining options close by. Hotel has a small bistro less than a block away with coffee and pastry included for breakfast. We thought the hotel had a shuttle service to the cruise port, but found one of the staff to provide transportation very reasonably. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and is right off the main street. The marina is a few blocks away.

The stay is great for 1-2 nights. Only thing I would change was not getting to the hotel hours before check in, bc there are not a lot of places close by to sit down and relax. I did not like not having control of the A/C. Other than that good accommodations.

Our biggest issue was the room was not as advertised, the photos made it look like the rooms had been recently updated and had space, but our room clearly did not match the photos. For instance, our room was all blue and white. The room was big enough to fit the bed and dresser (that was broken so the drawers didn’t close) , and had a bathroom, we had to crawl over our bags to get around as there was no space to put them. Our shower drain was clogged and filled up quickly when used. The walls are all very thin, we could hear someone in another room throwing up. The bed was so loud, any movement created enough creaking to wake up everyone. Also, does not have direct access to the beach, it’s a 10-20 minute walk. So overall, it wasn’t horrible, but it certainly was not our favorite place to stay in Italy. But the town is definitely worth a visit!

Quite basic but used a base for Rome day trip on the train - 10 min walk to the station and ticket 4 euros each way. Breakfast basic but served in nice friendly cafe and good staff. Public parking outside of property 7euros a day on easy park app.

There was no permanent desk support that you can coordinate with. However, the staff at the restaurant was very helpful in getting us transportation to get to CIVITAVICHIA. A vey nice, peaceful place to stay that is very convenient to dining, shopping, and sightseeing.

Good place to stop for one night prior to embarkation on a cruise ship. Is easy to get the train from Santa Marinella to the port. We had what was called a suite, but was really just a good size room with access to a nice terrace overlooking the square opposite. The bed was very comfortable and the staff in the bistro below were friendly but English is not spoken too well. The shower and bathroom was tiny but adequate for one night. Would be much improved by some nicer furniture on the terrace but ok for one night. Lots of very nice restaurants opposite, the seafood one was outstanding. No minibar as such but a small fridge with a couple of bottles of water and juice in. No glasses or plates but we borrowed a couple of glasses from the bistro below (and a bottle opener!) Breakfast is one pastry and coffee (I asked for an extra cup of coffee and was given one) The main issue I had with this hotel is that I tried several times to contact them previous to travel, even through Hotels.com and never received a response so was a bit worried that it would all be boarded up when we arrived but all was ok.
