Kinda old property but everything was fine.

We enjoyed our trip. Location is great. Breakfast is super. my kid had a good time in play room. Great for family Trip.

The hotel is in the very good location and is surrounded by the mountains and trees.

The service was great. However, the carpet was old and spotty requiring refreshing!

Our stay with the family and friends was pleasant and relaxing. This is not a high end hotel by international standards, and is very "local" in feel and looks, but it was nonetheless pleasant. The only disappointment is the proximity to the Xitou park and Monster Village, and lack of shuttle bus to and from. It's a good 10-15 minute walk. Doesn't sound much, but it does make a difference when you're with toddlers and the elderly. They said they had shuttles during the weekday but not on the weekends, which was beyond me. Otherwise, the service was decent, and we loved the band in the afternoons and evenings. Wish they had a bigger crowd to support them! Overall a fun and relaxing stay.

It was an alright experience. The hotel is slightly overrated. The front desk needs more training and service could have been better given it's a upscale hotel.

Beautiful interior and garden

After a long day in park, I particularly enjoy the spa and pool table. It was very clean and not crowded.

This is one of the most renowned hotels in the Hsitou area. We have always wanted to try this hotel and found a great deal on hotels.com. The room was clean and spacious. Large room, one queen bed, a small flat screen TV you’d expect in a lower class hotel, small shower, and nowhere to plug your cell phone or laptop near the usual bedside or vanity table. I finally found an extension cord beside the TV cable box and had to pull out another plug to use that one also. It’s a minor inconvenience but for a business traveler it might be a problem. The breakfast buffet was lovely and abundant in selection and taste and the service great. They have a play area for kids (arcade and an enclosed toddler play area) and that was a nice addition even though it’s not as well laid out or clean as I’d expected from this class of a hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay but nothing exceptional.

The hotel is well located. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Had a little birthday celebration at the cafe with parents. Staff was proactive to offer candle and ask the band to sing us a birthday song. My parents were happy to have spent a night there.

The location is a little far away from the park. You need to take a 15 minutes walk. The hotel's service is really nice, they send us a shuttle to pick us up at the night.

If you going to Chitou. you should stay at Le Midi. It is absolutely a beautiful hotel. It was breath taking when I saw the view from the window. The service and breakfast are the excellent. I think avoid peak season is wise.

Excellent, especially lobby and recreational areas. Elevators overlook a gorgeous waterfall within hotel complex. Good location to those going to Si-tou and good value during regular days.

The hotel is well maintained. The location is a bit far away from the siteseeing spots and free shuttle services are rare. Most of the staff are friendly and they offer tea making and tasting sessions. This would be a good option if you drive or don't mind having a walk.
