Loved everything about our stay. Location, staff and experience was excellent. Highly recommended.

Great location! Staff super helpful and friendly. They walked outside the palace to wait for us as cars can’t enter to assist us with our luggage at check-in and checkout. Room spacious for Europe with all necessary amenities.

Almost a month has passed and yes, my trip was made memorable from the start to finish (Apr 5 to Apr 8). Power is in the team. Hotel staff and team's attention to minute details is worth mentioning. Staff taking care of and providing comfort to customers is exemplary. Steven: His impeccable attention to my emails and his prompt responses were impressive. The moment I stepped into the hotel, he went over and beyond to make me feel at home—courteously gave me the news of room upgrade with the coffee kettle/ironing board with iron—offered drinks in lobby, provided detailed instructions of important landmarks to visit with step by step directions, booked my tour to Krka/Trojir/Skradin, personally gave me history lesson of the hotel, he walked me to the Vestibul place with his maestro singing echoing in the dome/roof/walls like orchestra acoustics. Next day Steve again went an extra mile to walk me to the Gray Line bus tour office. After I entered the room, there was a personal note from Mr. Nenad which was touching. Manager Valentino is professional, compassionate and kind to let me know that the restaurant Chef would be glad to cook anything I wanted since I had dietary restrictions. Petar's insight into Salona ruins impelled me to visit them. Marina and Tony’s help in arranging transportation from the hotel to the airport cannot be ignored. Firstly the service was impeccable and impressive. Ivan and entourage met us at our vehicle, collected luggage and Ivan guided us into the old city and proceed to give a tour of the area. The entire time we were there staff were beyond helpful.

The location could not be more perfect, within the palace walls. Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful and made parking simple and straightforward, even though it is in a pedestrian zone in the busiest part of the city. Breakfast is wonderful and delicious!

We were at the villas for two nights, and I sure wish it could have been longer! They arranged a car for us from the airport, and since vehicles aren’t allowed in Old Town, they sent two people to take our luggage to our rooms. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. They suggested excellent restaurants, organized a tour of the Palace and Old Town, and packed a delicious lunch for us when we went to Plitvice for the day. Make sure to request Tonci for a tour … he is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us a familiarity with the area that was so helpful in making the most of our stay. Highly, highly recommend.

Such a lovely stay in the hotel annex, very comfortable and only a short walk away from the main hotel. Steven (?sp) and Ivan wonderful, helpful hosts, with excellent Split and Croatia tips. Very nice breakfast, ideal location. Looking forward to next time!

Setting staff amenities breakfast service all superb!

Only issue was the noise from the restaurant in the evening. The noise travels through the stairwell and I had to call the front desk to request ‘quiet please’ at 11:45PM

Hotel was wonderful in all reepects

Very much enjoyed the stay here. Very friendly team - sent welcome and check in messages. We should have taken advantage of their offer of help as the hotel is not easy to find but it has a fantastic location. Small but very comfortable room and excellent breakfast.

Everyone we encountered in our two night stay was overwhelmingly accommodating, kind, and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at Hotel Vestibule Palace was excellent. There are two sites: the main hotel, inside the walls of the old palace, and Villa Dobric, just outside the walls of the palace.
