I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, great location but it’s a bit noisy at night on weekends.

El baño estaba en mal estado. Olores subian por los desagues del baño. Al bañarnos se inundaba el baño completo. En general el hotel es viejo. El desayuno y el staff de desayuno fue lo unico bueno.

No tea and coffee facilities in room! Never had this, even budget chain hotels have a kettle. Awake early and wanted a hot drink, very disappointed.

Hotel is in great position for seeing all the sights and shopping. Easy access from airport on the bus, followed by 10 minute walk, we left by train and station is about 30 minutes

Fantastic location. Lovely receptionists. Very helpful. Rooms were fine.

The hotel is clean and modern. I had issues with the amount of light in the room because of lack of lamps even on the desk there was no lighting. The option for coffee was only decaf.

Heating was extremely high so we could not sleep. We tried to turn on A/C in the room but it became even hotter. I called front desk to ask how to manage the situation and the told me it was about central heating that they could not manage. I could not sleep!

Very conveniently positioned hotel. Arriving by car was tricky in terms of access but was directed to nearby car park and all worked well. Hotel was clean, room more than adequate for our two day stay.

Excellent location. Centrally located to shopping and restaurants. 20 minute walk to Alhambra.

Good location and continental breakfast. Some street noise but manageable to be able to walk everywhere, minus the bus station.

The hotel was pretty throughout. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. However, we did want a double room and instead we received two single beds pushed together, which wasn’t great. Other than that, the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Lovely smart hotel with clean room and good location. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality
